Sweet sausage - a favorite dessert from childhood

What kind of tea without sweets? Most of us prefer homemade desserts, but often do not have time to finally try the recipes for delicious baked goods. In this case, a simple and quick dish will help out, which you do not need to bake, just mix all the ingredients carefully, wrap it in parchment or food film as a roll and remove it for a while in the refrigerator.

Many certainly understood that this dish is a sweet sausage, which was often prepared some time ago, and today we propose to recall it. In different families they made this confectionery in different ways, but always included cocoa, cookies and butter, and the shape and appearance resembled the real smoked sausage.

A very simple recipe

In order to prepare a dessert "Sweet sausage", take half a kilogram of ordinary cookies (loose or in a pack), a jar of condensed milk, a packet of slices. Oil (200 g), 4 large spoons of cocoa powder.

Melt the butter, mix with condensed milk and cocoa. Cookies crumble, to get and baby, and bigger pieces. Pour the mixture into the biscuits and mix properly. Spread on foil and wrap with sausages. To sustain in a refrigerator about 4 hours.

This sausage is sweet classic. You can take such a recipe as a basis and experiment, how much the soul will like, adding nuts, coconut shavings, raisins, candied fruits, poppy seeds, rum, liquor and the like.

Recipe for confectionery sausage with nuts

We will need the following set of products:

  • Butter - 400 grams;

  • Cookies - 400 grams;

  • Nuts in the shell - 400 grams;

  • Cocoa condensed - one pot.

Nuts clean and grind. Half cookies to turn into a crumb, the other into small pieces. The oil should be kept outside the refrigerator until softening, then add the condensed cocoa and mix it. Put into the mass of nuts and cookies, mix thoroughly. Screw in foil or parchment, put in refrigerator. After 4-5 hours you can serve for tea, cut and laid on a plate, like sausage.

Condensed cocoa can be replaced with similar milk or cream and cocoa powder. Instead of walnuts, peanuts or hazelnuts are quite suitable.

Original sweet sausage

Another recipe for a delicious dessert. We prepare the ingredients: biscuits - 800 g, marmalade (can be candied) - 200 g, peanut peeled - 200 g, sl. Oil - 250 g, condensed milk - 1 jar, cocoa powder - about 50 g.

Peanut grains lightly fry, peeled and divided into halves. Cut the colored marmalade into small pieces. Cookies are broken, partially turning into a crumb (you can on a grater or a rolling pin). We leave some of the crumbs.

Heat butter and pour into cookies. Then add the condensed milk, marmalade, nuts and cocoa. Mix thoroughly. From the resulting mass to make three or four sausages, roll in a crumb of biscuits and wrapped in parchment, cellophane or foil. Put it in the refrigerator. After an hour or two you can get and treat guests or guests.

It's so easy and quick to prepare a sweet sausage. And for children, it will become even more delicious, if the mother entrusts his assistants with the feasible work.
