Knitting mittens with knitting needles for beginners

The ability to knit for a woman from a long time was considered necessary and useful. After all, this activity is extremely calming the nervous system. In addition, it gives the opportunity to create exclusive fashionable things to your liking. And what a sin to conceal - things made by themselves, are relatively less expensive in material terms than purchased ones.

One of the simplest gizmos in a women's wardrobe, which can be created by the needlewoman, who has just learned the basics of this science - mittens. Knitting mittens with knitting needles is even available to a very young master.

Usually experienced knitters use either two or five knitting needles. Knitting mittens with knitting needles for beginners involves working on two knitting needles. This model requires yarn (from 60 to 70 grams) and two spokes number 2. And, of course, you need to have patience and perseverance.

But the simplest knitting of mittens on two spokes is variable. The main difficulty here is tying the thumb. First, you can consider the option, when this detail knits on two knitting needles.

To perform this model, you need to dial 24 loops and tie 5-6 cm with any elastic band - either 1X1 or 2X2. Then you should switch to knitting by facial. In general, if the knitting of the mittens is conceived with knitting needles with a pattern on the back of the glove, then it is necessary to include a yarn of a different color when making this part, or in the course of knitting to perform a volumetric pattern of the selected viscous. But since it is a question of inexperienced needlewomen, it is suggested to simply embroider the drawing afterwards or sew pompoms, appliques, beads or bows on someone's mitt - at whom, on what imagination will suffice.

It is necessary on one side, where the thumb will be located , to increase the width of the knitting by 1 loop. So you need to tie the mitten to the place where the thumb begins. Now comes the difficulty of tying a finger.

It is designed in such a way: in the interval between the second and third loop, a cape is made on the face of the knitting. The original row is knitted according to the figure, the napkin is also tied with the wrong loop. In the next row, before the crochet, there are already three loops, and then the crochet is again made. According to this scheme, you should knit until the knitting reaches the fold of the thumb, that is, to its inner base. Now the foreman removes the finger loops on the extra spoke, or even better - fastens to the safety pin to prevent the loops from jumping off.

Now knitting mittens with knitting needles continues along the old scheme to the tip of the little finger. Here you should begin to draw a rounded glove. To do this, in each row on both sides should reduce the width of knitting by 1 loop. When 1 loop remains, the thread breaks and extends into this loop, forming a bundle.

Now you have to worry about tying the thumb. It is not difficult to do this! Just loops left waiting for their turn on the pin are removed on the spoke, and the finger knits to the middle of the nail, after which the reduction on both sides of the jerk starts 1 loop. As soon as there is 1 loop left on the spoke, the thread must be torn off and tied on this last loop in a knot so that the knitting does not bloom.

After 4 such parts are made (two for the back side of the mittens and two for the inner side, so the two parts must be "mirror" the other two in the location of the finger), it's time to stitch the product. You can gently sew the two halves with a knitting suture so that it is not noticeable at all. But some prefer to emphasize the seam, crocheting the stitching site with a contrasting thread.

Do not forget to stretch things after knitting, and dry them by spreading the finished products neatly on a flat surface so that the knitwear is not deformed. And after drying, rather put self-ties on your hands - and march out onto the street, boast about a new thing before your girlfriends, let them envy!
