Tablets "Venarus": instructions for use
With venous insufficiency of the lower limbs and with a feeling of pain, the appearance of seizures and heaviness in the legs, the preparation "Venarus" helps. Instructions for use indicate that this agent is venotonic. It is produced in the form of tablets. Also, the drug is recommended for use in symptomatic therapy of acute hemorrhoids.
The main active substances - diosmin and hesperidin - contribute to reducing the extensibility of veins, increasing their tone and removing stagnant phenomena. Also, the fragility and permeability of capillaries decreases, their resistance increases.
Consider the dosage and use of the drug "Venarus". The instructions for use regulate the administration of this medication as follows: with venous insufficiency, one or two tablets per day should be taken during meals (in the afternoon: at noon and in the evening). In acute hemorrhoids, the dose should be slightly higher - 6 tablets per day for the first 4 days, and after - 4 tablets for three days.
In the process of treatment, this drug improves lymph drainage and microcirculation. With systematic use of the drug significantly reduces the severity of manifestations of venous insufficiency of the legs of a functional and organic nature.

But the drug "Troxevasin" has a broader list of contraindications, including ulcer disease of the duodenum and stomach, chronic gastritis in the acute stage, as well as the first trimester of pregnancy and the aforementioned lactation. But the spectrum of action in Troxevasin is much broader. Indication for the use of the drug may be not only venous insufficiency and hemorrhoids, but trophic ulcers, thrombophlebitis, increased permeability of capillaries, dermatitis, posttraumatic edema and hematomas, prevention of complications after operations performed on veins.
