But thanks to such a novelty as a support adjustable for the lag, you can get rid of the laborious screed process. This method does not require special physical effort. Features

The support, adjustable for the log, is laid on the rough surface, and slopes are exposed by means of small beams or chips. Then the floor boards are laid on top and screwed. The adjustable surface can consist of a variety of materials. Regardless of what you choose, the design will remain firm, and this gives confidence in its operation. Usually use such materials:

• Particle board;
• Timber (50x50 or 100x100 mm);
• Plywood.

Adjustable supports under the lags are installed on the studs, which are fixed to the base of the floor. Which will be the base, concrete or other, is completely unimportant, since the whole structure is quite resistant to any loads. To increase the durability of the exploitation of the floor, all its components must be treated with an antiseptic and thoroughly dried.

Mounting system

The whole structure is fixed to the bases by which adjustable lug supports protrude. With their hands to fix all the details is not so difficult, because they have an external thread and easily fall into place. The inner fastening is provided by a pin, which is screwed into the concrete base and fixed to the support. But it is worth noting that if you use not wood but concrete, then nails and dowels are replaced with wood screws.

From the foregoing it becomes clear that the only useful tool for installing the floor is a drill or screwdriver. For particularly sturdy, of course, a screwdriver. If you want to raise the floor by a couple of centimeters, you can exclude lags and just use the plywood or stove. But in this situation, you need to replace the dowel with plastic, which will be fixed in the bushing later on. If you want to raise the floor more than 5-6 centimeters, you will have to use standard metal dowels, which will be installed lags. And already on top of them will be put flooring.

Support adjustable (for logs) using metal studs

To do this installation yourself, you will need:

1) studs;

2) Anchors;

3) nuts;

4) washers.

All of the above components must match the size of each other. That is, if the studs are of M8 sizes, then all other materials should be the same. Also, for installation , wood screws will be needed , since they act as fasteners when installing the top deck. Hairpins should be above the level of the surface for at least a couple of centimeters.

Sequence of work

The first thing to do is to make holes in the lags, based on the depth of the nut. The calculation is made according to the diameter of the washer, and a couple of millimeters are added to it. If you use the size M8, then you are ideally suited for such sizes:

1) The depth should be 10 millimeters.

2) The diameter is 26 millimeters.

In order to firmly insert the pin, it is necessary to drill a hole 1 mm smaller. This will give the strength of the fasteners. Then you need to drill the rough floor according to the diameter of the previously prepared hairpin. The distance between the fasteners should not be equal to or be greater than 40 centimeters. The lag is applied to the floor, and points are created for making holes, after which the anchors are slaughtered.

To collect a hairpin, special efforts or knowledge is not needed. To do this, we put on the washer and tighten the nut. These accessories act as a stopper for the stud. Why screw another nut and put on the washer. All washers are tightened well, after which the floor is installed.
