Spring applications are creativity that can be of interest to both adults and toddlers. This occupation is one of the most useful options for pastime for parents and their children. And the desire to make a spring application can be due not only to the arrival of spring, but also a good mood, which I want to share.

Preparation of materials and tools

Elements of spring applications can be a variety of flowers - from the crocuses and snowdrops appearing from under the drifts to daffodils and tulips growing on flowerbeds, flowering trees, melting snow, running streams and much more. And if you are planning to engage in this kind of creativity, you still do not know exactly what you want to portray, then it is best to stock up all the tools and materials that may be needed during the work. In this case, if the spring applications you will do with the child, it is important that the tools were two sets. In this case, the small master will be able to repeat the necessary actions for you, for example, draw petal patterns, cut out stems or leaves.

Of the materials you will need colored paper, cardboard, preferably white and colored, standard sheets, corrugated paper, bands for quiling, white and pink napkins. Now about the tools. You need comfortable scissors, glue (you can use both a pencil and PVA), a stapler, simple and colored pencils. Well, do not forget about the small towel, which you can wipe the hands stained with glue during the manufacture of the applique.

Applique: a bouquet of spring flowers

In the spring forest glades and flower beds are full of a variety of colors. These are bells, and tulips, and daffodils, and lilies of the valley, and snowdrops. So why not combine them all into one bouquet?

First you need to cut out paper flowers. To do this, you can prepare templates from cardboard in advance, which is especially true if, for example, you make lilies of the valley, or you can draw flowers directly on the reverse side of colored paper. In addition, the application "Spring flowers" implies the presence of stems and leaves. When all the details are ready, they will only have to be glued to the substrate in the appropriate order. It is important not to forget that the flowers should be arranged in such a way that they look like a bouquet. That is, they should be superimposed on each other, creating an effect of volume.

Application "Spring Bouquet" will look even more original, if the flowers are placed in a vase or basket. To do this, you need to cut out a color container that you prefer, and paste it on top of the bouquet in such a way as to close the stems halfway.

Making of spring flowers

At this stage, you need to decide what colors your spring appliqués will consist of. Most often in the spring there are tulips, bells, lilies of the valley and snowdrops, that's why they will be discussed further. Let's start with the bell. To make this flower, it is necessary to fold a sheet of blue paper in half and draw on it half of the product, cut out, and then decompose. As a result of such actions, you will get a symmetrical bell. Under this scheme, you can create a lily of the valley. True, you need white paper and on the application, unlike the bell, it should have a much smaller size.

The application "Spring flowers" made of paper can also consist of tulips and snowdrops. It is worth noting that both these flowers are cut out one by one. The difference between them is their size, color and location on the stem. The first "look" up, and the second - down. In order for the child to understand more clearly how to draw flowers, of which the application will consist, it is necessary to prepare pictures in advance with their image. It makes no sense to demand from the little master the maximum accuracy, the main thing is that it is a manifestation of his creativity.

Manufacture of sepals and stems

Now sepals and stems. Cut them out of green paper. For stems, the usual color is suitable. The stem of the tulip will be a straight strip 12-15 cm high and 1 cm wide. But for the snowdrop and bell, it is necessary that their "heads" look down. To do this, the stem must have a slight rounding at the top. These two flowers also have sepals. They can be cut out of a square, about the same size as the bell or snowdrop, as follows: fold the figure diagonally and on one of its open sides with a scissors make a triangular groove.

As for the lily of the valley, its stem consists of several elements - one long, bent at the top, and 5-7 attached to it short, on which the flowers "hang".

Leaves for spring flowers

The application "Spring flowers" should also have leaves. For some plants, for example, lilies of the valley, it is better to cut them out of corrugated paper, because it is more like real ones in texture, and for ordinary ones, the usual color one will do. In the snowdrop and bell, the leaves are pointed at the top, but the first are narrower and the latter are broad. The leaf for the tulip should have the same height as the stem, be wide (2-3cm) in the middle and pointed at the tip. To the base it can be attached only by the lower part, and the upper one - by the bend. The leaf of the lily of the valley resembles an elongated oval, slightly rounded at the top. For its manufacture, as already mentioned, it is best to use corrugated paper.

Volumetric application "Spring fantasy"

Spring applications do not have to consist of flowers. Indeed, at this time of the year there are many other phenomena that deserve attention. For example, melting snow or flowering trees. It is on them to stop the attention and create a voluminous application.

For the basis you will need cardboard. Place it horizontally. The lower part of the base will be occupied by snowdrifts, and the upper one - the flowering tree branch. For the production of snowballs it is necessary to take two paper rectangles of white and blue flowers 5-6 cm in height and a width that corresponds to the base. Both blanks need to be folded together and, using scissors, give their upper part a waviness. First, on the bottom of the base, you need to glue the white part, and then, slightly shifted down, the blue one.

Now a flowering branch. From the brown or gray paper it is necessary to cut out strips, one thickness of 1.5-2 cm and 5-8 pieces of 0.5-1 cm. The branch should be glued on the right side of the base, and on it are already flowers made as follows: white and Pink wipes should be folded into a square and stapled in the middle with a stapler. Then draw on it a 5-petal flower, so that the bracket is in its center, and cut it. Then spread the product and glue it to the branch. Flowers can be as much as you want. At the final stage, you need to cut out the leaves from the green paper and arrange them on the same branch. The application "Spring Fantasy" is ready!
