The magic of taste and the way to achieve it - seasoning "Vegeta"

It is tasty to eat everything, but there's not enough time to cook. Most often, the modern citizen is barely enough to learn basic recipes and alternate them, so as not to bore your home. But the culinary industry allows you to exclude the ability to cook from the list of qualities of a decent lady. You can, after all, make it easier for yourself by using multivarieties and correct seasonings. A good reputation was won by the Vegeta seasoning. Today she does not even need advertising!

What it is?

The Croatian concern Podravka and, in particular, the laboratory assistants under the leadership of Zlata Bartl in 1958 created a universal product containing a combination of various spices, dried vegetables and a taste enhancer. Among the Croatian products that came to the world market, Vegeta seasoning is by far the most famous. For forty years of existence, she entered the kitchen of housewives in 30 countries and became "her own" there.

The history of passing through the frontiers of "Vegeta" strikes its scale. So, already in 1959 it appeared on the Yugoslav market, and from 1967 "moved" to Hungary. There was already a stone's throw to the USSR.

In 1995, a record indicator of exports and sales, respectively, was 26 tons. Since 2006, the next round of development and seasoning of Vegeta has been made in different versions.

And with what do they eat?

It is interesting, with what is especially tasty seasoning "Vegeta"? Here it is necessary to say that the product in a good sense is universal and equally harmoniously complement the side dishes, meat and fish dishes, as well as salads and sauce. In addition, "Vegeta" looks appetizing even with a kind and completely replaces the presence of natural seasonings, for example, parsley, dill and pepper.

But natural supplements still do not lose their relevance. Simply seasoning plays the role of an amplifier; It concentrates the taste of spices and makes the dish more flavorful and full.

A teaspoon "Vegeta", added during cooking, allows you to quickly reach the heights in the culinary skill. Five minutes before the readiness to add a spoon in the stew and cooked dish. The result is a fragrant and very appetizing dish with the aromas of the Mediterranean Sea. "Vegeta" does not contain gluten and lactose, and therefore it meets the requirements for functional food. So the health care for the seasoning producers remains in the priority.

In proportions, a teaspoon of Vegeta is about 3 grams. This amount is enough to fill one portion with 250 ml.

And what's inside?

It is quite logical that the housewife cares not only the taste, but also the benefit of the dish, and therefore the Vegeta seasoning is subjected to careful analysis. The composition clearly attracts attention. On the first place there is a table salt. Further, dried vegetables were placed, including carrots, parsnips, onions, celery, parsley. On the third place in the composition - enhancers of taste and aroma - glutamate and inosinate sodium. In descending order are located - sugar, spices, corn starch and riboflavin.

In 100 grams of "Vegeta" contains about 137 calories. Carbohydrates predominate, but almost no fats, and there are no preservatives.

Culinary surprise

As already mentioned, "Vegeta" - seasoning is universal and it can be added to almost all dishes, except, of course, desserts. Naturally, the cook needs to know the measure, since the seasoning is very salty and its excess can spoil the taste. But in other respects there are no restrictions, which proves a simple, but insanely delicious recipe for a homemade sandwich!

Of course, a home with a purchased one does not even need to be compared. But in finance, it will be more expensive.

It will take a kilogram of pork neck, 30 grams of Vegeta seasoning, 80 grams of pickled onion and 60 grams of gherkins, 4 ciabattas, 150 g of sour cream, sweet pepper, parsley and lettuce.

The cooking process is simple, but appetizing. Pork steaks marinate in seasoning and fry on the grill for 5 minutes on each side. In the meantime, prepare a sauce of sour cream and greens. Ciabattu, too, should be browned on the grill, then smear sauce. Stack the steaks on the sauce, and cover them with pickled onions and gherkins, chopped pepper and lettuce.

Can do it yourself?

Probably, some mistresses will wonder, and whether there is a sense to buy seasoning "Vegeta", if it can be tried to make at home.

So, packing in 75 grams will cost an average of 80 rubles. But the home equivalent will be much more expensive, as you will have to buy carrots, bell peppers, parsnips, celery, parsley, dill and green onions. Of course, you need salt and, perhaps, pepper. Preparation is not tedious, but long. Greens should be dried in a microwave, and then separated rigid stems.

Carrots, parsnips and celery should be finely chopped and dried in the oven. After that, the onions and garlic should be dried in the same way. All the ingredients are mixed and seasoned with salt and pepper. That's what Vegeta can be like. Seasoning reviews about yourself gets very controversial. Someone likes a home analogue, but it seems too expensive. Most cooks tend to think that the purchased version is more economically profitable. In addition, it has a bright taste, a wonderful aroma and low fat content. Alas, the only drawback is the presence of taste enhancers, so that people who leave feedback do not recommend getting carried away with such seasoning and advised to leave it a highlight in the preparation.
