It is necessary to prepare a large saucepan with a non-flammable bottom. It should be poured broth and bring it to a boil. Next, put the ham, salt, circles of carrots and onions. Prepare the soup on low heat for three to four hours. But it must be constantly mixed, so that it does not burn out. Ten minutes before the end of the preparation, add a bay leaf. It turns out very tasty and rich first course.

Smoked soup with beans

To cook the dish you need any smoked meat (bacon, brisket, sausages, etc.), its total amount should be at least three hundred grams. In addition, one bulb, two stalks of celery, one large carrot, three cloves of garlic, a can of black beans, one and a half liters of salted broth, a pinch of red pepper (cayenne).

Fry the crushed smoked meat for ten minutes before the appearance of a crisp, constantly turning over. In a saucepan bring the broth to a boil, put in it circles of celery, carrots, onions and garlic. Drain the liquid from the beans and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Cook for half an hour on a small fire. Then transfer to a blender, mash and boil again. Add smoked meat. The dish should be served after it has cooled slightly.

Soup with smoked meat and leek

To prepare the dish, you need half a liter of vegetable broth, one hundred grams of milk, two large leeks, three large potatoes, a bulb, white pepper and eight strips of smoked bacon. You need a small pot and frying pan.

Fry the meat with onion cubes for five minutes, stirring constantly the mixture. At this time bring the broth to a boil, put in it circles of light green part of leeks and potatoes.
