Many years of cynicism: planting and care

Cynical perennial is one of the representatives of the family of astroids, originally growing on the territory of Central America. Then the flowers of this family were perennial or annual half-shrubs and herbs. The shoots and leaves of this plant have a very stiff pubescence and a basket-shaped inflorescence with a diameter of five to twelve centimeters. They are terry, semi-double and non-marble, a variety of colors - from purple to white. Usually this plant blooms from the middle of summer until the winter itself, until the first frosts strike.

Planting zinnia is usually done on site with good wind protection and excellent access for sunlight. The ideal location will be a small lowland with gentle edges, in which the flower will receive the necessary amount of light and heat. It should be remembered that the soil on the site should be well drained, moistened and fertilized. It is these parameters that most affect the health of the plant.

Many years of cynicism is a very capricious plant, and this must always be taken into account. At the slightest excess of moisture, the flower decays and perishes in a matter of days. That is why its seeds are sown in the middle of spring and begin to dive immediately after the appearance of the first leaves. In the constant soil flowers are planted only when all the spring frosts have completely passed, and a thaw has come. Experienced gardeners are advised not to plant this plant, until there is full confidence that there will not be a sharp cooling. The slightest temperature drop - and you can forget about the beautiful carpet from the zini until next year.

Depending on the type of cynicia, they are planted at a distance of 15 to 25 centimeters from each other. If a transplant is required, the best option is to carry the plant along with a rather large clod of earth. Cynical perennial extreme drought-resistant, so do not be afraid for its safety during the summer heat. However, one should take into account that without proper watering the flower quickly fades and becomes like a normal weed.

Unlike a lot of decorative flowers, when growing cyania seeds, they must be germinated. To do this, the seeds are placed in a small piece of thin tissue and abundantly moistened with water from a spray gun. The germination process usually lasts from seven to ten days. The task of the horticulturist during this period is to carefully watch that the tissue does not dry up, otherwise the long-term cynicism may simply not germinate. Overmoistening of seeds is also not recommended. This can lead to their decay. In addition, it is necessary to monitor the temperature regime in the room where germination is carried out. The temperature should not be above +20 and below +2 degrees Celsius.

Today, one of the most popular species used to decorate the site is cynia. At the dacha this beautiful flower can be used to create alpine slides or flower beds, achieving a unique riot of colors that will please the eyes of any gardener. At the moment, cynicism is an excellent choice for an amateur horticulturist. It will help improve the skills of growing plants and create a landscape of unique beauty.
