Lay them on greased with foil, cover with salt, pepper. Layer the lemon with circles of lemon, pour with juice, sprinkle with chopped dill and wrap everything with a packet. The dish will be ready in the oven after half an hour.

Salmon in a double boiler is a very useful and low-calorie dish. For the preparation of the steak, the best way is to marinate the fish in a mixture of one lemon juice, a pinch of black pepper, three crushed garlic cloves and salt to taste. Fish can be prepared both in a modern steamer, in accordance with the laid program, and the traditional "Soviet" way - in a colander, which is located above the boiling pot. Very delicious is slightly salted salmon, from which you can prepare a variety of rolls and snacks.

For the preparation of such fish it is recommended to pickle it with pieces that weigh no more than one kilogram. The most optimal marinade is a mixture of two large spoons of salt and one - sugar. With this mixture, grate the fish and leave for two days. You can start cooking rolls.

Slice slightly salted fish in thin strips, put stuffing on it and curl it. As a filling, the best option will be shabby finely cheese mixed with sour cream and boiled shrimps.

A quick snack will be stuffed eggs. To prepare this snack you need to boil five eggs to a steep condition, cool and gently cut into two halves to make boats. Yolk grind, add a little mayonnaise and grated finely parmesan. Mix all the ingredients. Cut the salmon into very thin strips. Next in halves (boats) is laid egg mixture, and on top is decorated with a rose from the fish.
