Buckwheat is considered an excellent source of many vitamins and trace elements. Therefore, it is widely used in cooking. This cereal is perfectly combined with meat and almost any vegetables. But especially delicious and fragrant get buckwheat with mushrooms in the pot. A step-by-step recipe for such a dish will be described in today's article.

Variant with vegetables

According to the technology described below, it is possible to prepare a useful and satisfying dinner for the whole family quickly and without unnecessary hassle. The composition of this dish includes a lot of different vegetables, so it is ideal for those who watch their own figure. To bake buckwheat in a pot with mushrooms in the oven, check in advance if you have everything in the house. In this situation, you will need:

  • A couple of glasses of cereals;
  • 200 grams of dried mushrooms;
  • 3 cups of boiled water;
  • Average carrot;
  • Small bulb;
  • A large ripe tomato;
  • Salt, aromatic spices and fresh herbs.

Before you bake buckwheat with mushrooms in the oven, you need to pour a little refined lean oil into the pot. Therefore, in advance, store a small amount of this product.

Process description

First of all, you should prepare mushrooms. They are washed, poured cold water and maintained in it for at least half an hour. Then the liquid is changed to clean and waiting for another 30 minutes. Such manipulation is desirable to be repeated at least three times.

Disassembled and well washed croup filled with salty cold water, sent to the stove, brought to a boil and cooked until half ready. This little trick will reduce the time spent buckwheat with mushrooms in a pot in the oven. This stage will take no more than a quarter of an hour. This time will be enough to evaporate the liquid from the pan. In this case, the croup itself will remain firm.

  • A pound of any mushrooms;
  • 1.5 cups of buckwheat;
  • 600 grams of pork pulp;
  • A large carrot;
  • Onion bulb;
  • 1.5 tablespoons of butter;
  • Salt, any spices and fresh herbs.

Sequencing

Washed and dried pork is cut into large portions and fried in a heated thick-bottomed frying pan. As soon as the meat is browned, it is salted, sprinkled with spices and removed from the hob. Then the pork is laid in a serving pot and proceeds to the next stage.

In a skillet in which there was meat, send the chopped onions and carrots cut into slices. After a few minutes, the sliced vegetables are also spread over the pots.

Washed fresh mushrooms are cut into large pieces and heated in a dry frying pan. As soon as they let the juice, they carefully shift to meat and vegetables, trying not to get a drop of liquid. Then the washed croquet, salt and bay leaves are added to the pots. All this is poured with a little cold water and sent to the oven. Buckwheat with mushrooms in the pot will be ready in 40 minutes. Bake it at 200 degrees. The finished dish is seasoned with butter, sprinkled with chopped herbs and tinned in the already switched off oven for about a quarter of an hour.
