Necessary ingredients:

  • Rye flour - 5 full large spoons;
  • Cooled boiling water - 450 ml;
  • Sand sugar - 6 large spoons;
  • Black raisins without pits - 5-6 pcs .;
  • Drinking water filtered - 3 liters.

Cooking process

Before making kvass without yeast, you should first of all prepare leavened wort. For this, it is necessary to take rye flour in the amount of two full large spoons and pour it into a glass liter jar. After that, it needs to add 450 milliliters of cooled boiling water and 3 large spoons of granulated sugar. All ingredients should be very long interfere with a large spoon. This is necessary for the sugar to completely melt, and the leavened wort well fermented. Next to the resulting mass, you need to add 5-6 pieces of black raisins, which it is desirable to rinse beforehand in cold water. Delicious beet kvass: recipe without yeast

Necessary ingredients:

  • Fresh beet - 1 kg;
  • Cooled boiling water - 3 liters;
  • Sand sugar - 2 large spoons;
  • Crusts of black bread - at personal discretion.

Cooking process

The recipe for kvass without yeast using fresh beets is intended only for amateurs. After all, such a drink has a pronounced taste of a vegetable, which is not liked by everyone. It is required to take 1 kilogram of beet, carefully wash it, peel it, and then rub it on a small or large grater. After that, the product must be put in a jar, add to it 2 large spoons of sugar (you can more) and a few dry crusts from black bread. All ingredients are recommended to mix with a spoon, and then pour to them 3 liters of cooled boiling water. Next, the jar should be placed in a warm and dark place for exactly three days. After this time, the drink must be filtered, bottled and cooled in a refrigerator.

During the preparation of beet kvass, it is desirable to periodically taste it. If the drink is not enough sweets, then it is better to add sugar. If he wanders badly, it is recommended to pour in addition rye flour (a little).
