Rice and rice broth. Beneficial features

Rice groats combine complex carbohydrates, which contribute to the long-term inflow of energy into the human body. Rice contains lecithin, which improves brain activity, and substances that envelop the stomach, which allows you to eat it for stomach ulcers and gastritis. Rice broth is prescribed for diarrhea and indigestion. People who suffer from heart disease, kidneys, blood vessels and joints are good at eating rice, since there is practically no salt in it.

In order for rich in useful substances to keep their properties, you need to know how to properly prepare it. Some recipes offer to drain rice decoction. The use of the product in this case is lost, since it is in the decoction during cooking that many useful and valuable substances that are contained in its grains fall. Therefore, it is good to cook rice soup. A separately prepared rice decoction can be used to promote health and healing.

Rice is rightly considered a nutritious product, as the process of digesting it takes a long time. Therefore, a person for several hours will not want to eat. Rice is recommended for eating when the task is to get rid of excess weight.

Rice is combined with almost all products: with fish, meat, mushrooms, as well as with sweet and dairy products. Do not give up on using it just because it causes constipation. This problem can be solved if you combine it with vegetables, vegetable oil and prunes. Rice absorbs fat and oil well.

Unfortunately, the rice we consume for food contains practically no vitamins, since the bulk of it is on the shell of rice that is being cleaned during the grinding process.

Rice broth for diarrhea

As a remedy, it is customary to use rice decoction for diarrhea. It is perfect for everyone, especially children and the elderly, since this product does not contain chemical additives, and, therefore, will not do any harm to the body. With a disorder of the stomach in infants, rice decoction can be added in small amounts in a bottle of baby food.

Method 1. To prepare a thick rice broth, take dry rice, water, a pinch of salt. The rice must be ground into a powder. If possible, you can just buy rice flour. In the heated water pour gradually rice flour, while it must be stirred, so as not to form lumps. Add water in a 1: 1 ratio to the rice.

Ready homogeneous mixture to bring to a boil, continuing to constantly mix. Allow to leave for five more minutes on a quiet fire. Let it brew and cool. Take 2-3 teaspoons every three hours.

Method 2. Take half a liter of water to take a half or two teaspoons of rice. Cook for 45 minutes over low heat. Cool and strain through a sieve or gauze. Rice broth is ready for use. Take 1/4 cup every three hours.

Method 3. Cream-decoction of rice. To fry in a pan without oil, 5-6 tablespoons of rice on low heat. The rice should have a light brown color. Grind through a coffee grinder or blender. Pour three glasses of water and boil for 20 minutes.

Given the fact that with diarrhea people are reluctant to take food, the rice broth is able to fill the body with nutrients, while removing irritation in the gastrointestinal tract.
