Recipes of dishes from champignons: tasty and inexpensive

Mushrooms have always been on the man's table. Previously, they saved people from hunger, and today they are a part of a myriad of varied dishes. And even those who do not like mushrooms, rarely refuses to go to the forest to collect a bowl of these natural gifts. A special place among all kinds of mushrooms is given to champignons. To begin with, mushrooms can simply be fried, as well as any other edible mushrooms. Do not forget to add onions and salt. And it's very delicious to fry champignons with fresh potatoes!

If we consider the recipes of dishes from champignons, then all of them can be divided into two categories: those that are prepared from fresh champignons, and those for which canned mushrooms are used. Both can be found in almost every store without much effort.

Dishes from fresh champignons

Fresh champignons are an integral part in the preparation of various dishes. They have a soft, pleasant taste, due to which the recipes of dishes from mushrooms are especially delicious.

Salad with tomatoes and champignons

Ingredients: fresh champignons - 400 g, tomatoes - 2 pcs., Onions, 3-4 eggs, 200-300 g of chicken breast, 200 g of cheese, mayonnaise.

Preparation: mushrooms cleaned, cut into slices and fry in a pan with finely chopped onion (on minimum amount of vegetable oil). Breast boil in slightly salted water. Spread the products in layers:

1st layer - tomatoes, cut into pieces.

2nd layer - chopped (you can chunks) chicken breast, it can be well lubricated with mayonnaise.

3-layer - champignons, apply a thin layer of mayonnaise.

4th layer - grated cheese, a thin layer of mayonnaise.

5th layer - finely chopped eggs. Top with lettuce mayonnaise.

Delicious chicken with champignons

Ingredients: 1 medium-sized chicken, 400-450 g of champignons, 3 small onions, a bunch of dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: Separate chicken meat from bones and cut into small pieces. Put the meat in a frying pan and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. When the chicken is half finished, add to it a piece of onion and finely chopped dill. Separately fry the mushrooms with the rest of onions. Combine chicken with champignons, salt and pepper to taste. Leave on low heat for a few minutes. Before serving, decorate the top with finely chopped dill or parsley sprigs.

Dishes from pickled mushrooms

Marinated mushrooms are suitable for cooking a wide variety of dishes, especially often they can be found in various salads.

Pineapple salad

Ingredients: jar of pickled mushrooms, 3 eggs, 200 g of chicken breast, can of pineapple, mayonnaise.

Preparation: all products are laid out in layers: 1st (lower) layer - boiled chicken breast, 2nd layer - champignons, 3rd layer - chopped eggs, 4-layer - pieces of pineapple. Each layer must be smeared with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Meat baked with champignons

Ingredients: a can of marinated mushrooms, 500 g of pork, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 200 g of cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper.

Preparation: beat off pork, salt and pepper. Lay on top of it slices of canned champignons, on them pre-fried onion rings and a slice of tomato. Cover everything with cheese and sprinkle with mayonnaise, mixed with garlic. Bake in the oven at 2000C.
