Dough for khachapuri: a recipe with a photo

• eggs - 2 pieces;

• kefir - 200 ml;

• oil - 20 g.

Cooking:

1) Beat the yogurt with eggs.

• Butter - 110 g;
• sugar - 2 tsp;
• flour - 2 cups;
• sour cream - 6 tbsp. L .;
• Soda - on the tip of a spoon or knife;
• margarine - 50 g.

This is all you need to make a dough for khachapuri. The recipe is as follows:

1) Mash butter with margarine.
2) Add sour cream, sugars, salt and water.
3) Mix, add flour and lightly knead the dough.

For filling:

• potatoes - 300 g;
• brynza - 100 g;

Cooking:

1) Boil the potatoes in a uniform, cool.

Kefir dough

Have to take:

• flour - 700 g;
• kefir - 500 ml;
• sugar - 1 tsp;
• Salt is at your discretion.

Mixing the dough:

From the dough on kefir you get very satisfying and crisp khachapuri. The recipe for yeast dough is much inferior to it.
1) Kefir warm to room temperature. You can take any fat.
2) Fall asleep slowly with flour, starting to mix.
3) Add salt and sugar and knead well.
4) Allow to stand for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, make a stuffing.

Have to take:

• cheese (salted) - 700 g;
• butter - 100 g;
• Soda - as required;
• sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. L.

Preparation:

1) Make a cake from the already prepared test.

3) Mix the dough once again and repeat the procedure three times.
4) Cover with a towel and send for an hour in a warm place.
5) Cheese to rub well, this time large.
6) Wait for the test to be ready and divide it into five parts.
7) Form a cake with a rolling pin.
8) Put the filling in the center of each of them and add a little butter.
9) Collect the edges in the center, creating a "bag".
10) Roll out each to the size of the frying pan is not very thin. It is best to take a frying pan.

Filling:

• Suluguni cheese - 300 g.
• brynza - 300 g.
• Adyghe cheese - 150 g.

• Egg - 2 pcs.

Cooking

1) Cut the greens very finely.

3) Divide the dough into parts.
