Radicchio salad with nuts

Ingredients:

- Radicio - 1 head;

- onion - 1 piece;

- garlic;

- nuts - 50 g;

- olive oil oil - 3 tbsp. L .;

- salt, spices.

Preparation: Lettuce leaves "carelessly" tear into medium pieces and fry in a small amount of olive oil until soft. Cut the onion rings and lightly fry them and add to radicchio. All this is laid out in a bowl, sprinkled with nuts on top and dressed with sauce (crushed garlic mixed with olive oil and spices). In this salad, some still add fresh grated apples.

Italian salad with oranges

Ingredients:

- Cheese hard - 100 gr;

- Orange, onions - 1 pound;

- celery - 200 g;

- Garlic - 1 clove;

- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. L .;

- grated fresh ginger - 1 tsp;

- family sesame - 1 tsp;

- lemon juice - 4 tbsp. L .;

- salt pepper.

Preparation: cut the oranges into small bowls (and the selected juice is drained into the bowl), lettuce - in thin strips, onion - half rings, celery - small pieces, cheese - medium cubes. All this is mixed in a large bowl and season with sauce. The sauce is prepared as follows: lemon and orange juice mixed, add olive oil, ginger, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds before serving.
