Protein products: good and different

As you know, proteins as a component of nutrition are mandatory. The absolute protein minimum is 23 grams per 24 hours. If it is less, the person will face protein-free edema in a few weeks. However, the average person needs a much more minimum, because the more weight, the more the human cells and the more protein is needed, at least to maintain the existing structure. Many people know this, and therefore the search engines are tormented by the query: "the most protein products."

We answer: a lot of protein (more than 30%) contains powdered milk, sports protein, dried fish, soya semi-finished products. The average amount of protein (18-25) - cheese, lean boiled fish, nuts, some types of cottage cheese, beef, chicken breasts. But in the favorite sausages and sausages, yoghurts and pork cutlets, there can be very little protein: no more than 12 percent. But fat will be, as they say, "to the eyeballs." And to eat a lot of fat is not recommended even for people who want to gain weight.

Not every kind of protein fits optimally for a single person. Sports protein creates a very high burden on the kidneys, and if you eat it, fats will have to be severely restricted so as not to overload the liver. Dried fish are expensive, besides, it contains a lot of salt, so it is not recommended to recommend it to a hypertension as a source of protein . Soy products for taste - well, very much for an amateur, most people consider them to be insipid. If you soak them and grind them with tasty milk, then you can force yourself to eat them. But very cheap. However, one question arises - is soybeans digested by the body? Protein products like milk powder - the best option, if you do not suffer from excessive weight. Because in dry milk and carbohydrates a lot, the result is a mixture called geynerom, that is, a means for weight gain. If you are very active physically, then you can use such mixtures, without fear of a set of excess weight.

Protein products, which are traditionally used by athletes - chicken breasts, lean boiled fish and egg whites, beans, boiled beef. These sources of proteins in principle are not bad and have a minimum of contraindications. In them, the protein content is not the maximum, but they are suitable for almost everyone, so they are most often consumed by bodybuilders when they build muscle. And they are also "hammered" by hunger during fattening. The fact is that in these products, in addition to protein, there are few other nutrients, so nothing superfluous "in the kit" with proteins in the body will not fall. However, in this series a special place is occupied by beef. Some experts believe that as a result of its digestion, more poisonous substances are formed than when other types of meat are split. Many refuse beef and say that without this kind of meat they feel better. However, this is purely individual, I think, some serious consequences will only be if you eat beef every day, but not everyone can afford such luxury. Beans contain a lot of protein, but it provokes flatulence and is not fully digested.

The list of protein products would be incomplete if we did not discuss such "traditional" sources of protein as pork and whole milk products . Pork is also different, but it is better to avoid buying ready-made minced meat, because fat in this semi-finished product can be up to 70 percent. Dairy products are tasty, but you should not abuse them, if you consume more than 20 g of milk fat per day, there is a risk that a very large part of it will be at the waist.

Protein products surround us everywhere, but not all of them are good enough. And not just people need protein. Without enough carbohydrates, mental performance deteriorates, and a lack of fat can provoke a deficiency of sex hormones. Therefore, nutrition should be approached prudently and not go to extremes.
