Potatoes with cutlets in the oven

Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. L. Flour and sour cream of medium fat content;
  • 0,4 kg of pork-beef minced meat;
  • Average potatoes - 10 pcs .;
  • A loaf - a pair of pieces;
  • One bulb on the side;
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. L .;
  • Milk of any fat content - ½ cup;
  • one egg;
  • Favorite spices.

Practical part

  1. Let's start with the stuffing. Pieces of rolls must be soaked in milk in advance. Squeeze them. We send it to the meat grinder along with pieces of onions, beef and pork. In the received weight we break an egg. Solim. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. Stirring.
  2. The recipe for juicy minced meat patties is simple. It is necessary to fulfill three rules. First, use several types of meat (in our case it is pork + beef). Secondly, we add to onion more onions and less bread. What else? Be sure to discard the stuffing and mix it. You can also put a piece of butter butter inside the cutlet. So, from the stuffing we make small balls. Each of them is busted in flour.
  3. We take a round shape for baking. Its bottom and edges are coated with oil. We return to our wonderful cutlets. We spread them around the edges of the form, closing the circle. In the middle should be located peeled potatoes (entirely).
  4. Make the sauce. To do this, in a bowl, combine the tomato paste with sour cream and water. Solim. Sprinkle with spices. The resulting sauce is filled with potatoes with cutlets.

Cutlets with potatoes in the oven: recipe with tomato sauce

Grocery list:

  • 3 pieces each. Onion and Bulgarian (red) pepper;
  • Ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
  • 4 medium potatoes;
  • ½ st. L. Tomato concentrate.

For cutlets:

  • For 1 tsp. Seasoning cumin and black pepper in a ground form;
  • Garlic - a pair of denticles;
  • 450 g of prepared beef from beef;
  • One bulb on the side;
  • Crumbs ground - enough two handfuls;
  • Salt - not more than ½ tsp.

Cooking process

Step number 1. In the bowl, lay the ground beef in the right amount. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spices. Add garlic and chopped large onion. Solim. Mix the stuffing with clean hands. We make small cutlets, which have a round shape. We flatten them on two sides.

Step number 2. Peeled and washed potato tubers cut into circles (the optimal thickness - 1-2 cm). We chop the onion into thin rings. What to do with peppers? We wash them in running water. If the fruit is fleshy, then remove the seeds from them and cut into longitudinal lobules.

Step 3. Take a glass (round) baking dish. We put in it the ingredients: a cutlet, a potato circle, an onion ring. We alternate them so until the food runs out. In the intervals we put a clove of garlic (entirely). If you are not a fan of spicy dishes, then this can not be done.

Step 4. Tomato concentrate is diluted with plain water. With this mixture we water the ingredients in the form.

Step No. 5. Preheat the oven (200 ° C). We send there the future dish, covered with foil. We record 30 minutes. That's not all. Remove the foil. And on top of cutlets and potatoes lay quarter of peppers and tomato slices. We bake for another half an hour.
