Almost every person includes in the diet of his food a product such as fish. From it you can cook a huge number of dishes - salads, soups, soufflé, casseroles. It can be baked, stewed, fried. But what fish to choose: that was simultaneously tasty, useful and not so expensive? My choice fell on the popular fish of pollock. By itself, it is almost tasteless, but thanks to this, it is possible to combine almost any ingredients with it. In addition, she has tender meat and a solid set of useful properties: vitamin A, PP, potassium, iodine, phosphorus and other important substances for our body. And, in addition to all of the above, it is available at an affordable price. Pollock is also advised to eat by nutritionists. So for those who follow the figure, and just for people who like to eat delicious, I'll open my recipe for cooking this fish. Pollock in the oven - a recipe where all the ingenious is simple! Try it - it's very tasty!

Pollock in the oven: a recipe for a universal

To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:

  • Fillets of pollock 500 g;
  • Feta 100 g;
  • Parsley fresh 200 g;
  • Dill fresh 100 g;
  • Sour cream 100 g;
  • A small clove of garlic;
  • A mixture of pepper, salt
  • Walnuts 100 g;
  • sunflower oil;
  • Cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon.

Why this dish? Because the pollock is cooked quickly in the oven, the recipe is quite simple and does not require special culinary skills. And the result is always a juicy, delicate and hearty dish. First, take a bowl and pour sour cream into it. It can be taken with a fat content of 21% so that it is not too liquid. We remove walnuts from the shell and grind them. Add a mixture of pepper, cinnamon, salt and ground walnuts in a bowl with sour cream. We mix everything thoroughly. Alaska pollack is washed under hot water and dried with a paper napkin. Then cut into small portions and dip the fish into the resulting sauce. We are wiping the bowl with sunflower oil and laying our fish on it. Cooked pollock in the oven in sour cream will get more gentle, and added walnuts will give the fish a piquancy. While pollock will be soaked in sauce, we prepare a mixture, which we place on top of the fish. To do this, cut finely feta (you can take another and any cheese) and place in a deep plate or bowl. Next, take the dill and parsley. Rinse well under running water, let dry and finely chop. Garlic is peeled from the husk and repeat the work done by analogy with the greens. Add greens and garlic in a container with cheese. We mix everything thoroughly. The resulting mixture is evenly spread on top of the fish.

The oven is heated up to 200 ºС and we place a pan with all the contents in it. Preparation time 20 - 25 minutes. We spread our fish on a large plate and serve it to the table. By the way, the fish in this form will be more useful than if you just roasted it. In addition, the baked fish turns out to be more juicy and has a special taste and aroma, which is given to it by spices and spices.

You can also bake pollack in the oven with potatoes: then a suitable garnish will immediately be ready for our fish. Preparing this dish is also very simple and, most importantly, quickly. To do this, we need 10 large potatoes, butter and salt. We wash the potatoes and cook them in a uniform until half cooked, while adding water. Thus, it will retain much more useful properties. When the potatoes are ready, you need to get it and let it cool down, remove the skin. Next, cut it into circles about 1 centimeter thick. The form for baking is well lubricated with butter and we put potatoes into it. On top we have our fish, which has already soaked with sour cream sauce with the addition of walnuts. Also lay out the mixture prepared by us from cheese and greens. When we have done it all, warm up the oven to 200 ºС and place our form in it. Preparation time 25 - 30 minutes. When the dish is ready, we spread it on a large plate and serve it to the table. Also, this dish can be served along with slicing fresh tomatoes. Hearty, tasty and easy to prepare!
