Consider how the lightening of the hair occurs . Hydrogen peroxide, penetrating into the hair, creates a chemical reaction, as a result of which the color of the pigment changes. The darker your natural hair color, the more procedures will be required to achieve a visible result. The lighter your hair is initially, the faster they will be lightened.

How should I lighten my hair?

Hydrogen peroxide is taken 3%. This is the safest option. On dark hair, it may not work, so it's worth trying 8-12% peroxide. However, only if your hair is healthy, strong and able to withstand such a procedure. Peroxide is poured into a bottle with a nebulizer and then sprayed into separate strands, which after treatment are punctured. The solution on the hair lasts 30 minutes, then it is washed off and balm is applied to the hair.

When using hydrogen peroxide, you should be extremely careful, as it can cause skin burns. To avoid this, it is necessary to add a few drops of liquid ammonia: per 50 ml of peroxide - about 5 drops. You do not need to add more to avoid the red tint.

In order to get hair lightening without harm, hair hydrogen peroxide should be used correctly, observing a certain safety technique:

- Hydrogen peroxide should not be stored in a metal container;

Do not apply peroxide if you have sensitive scalp;

Do not use peroxide if you have split ends.
