Adjika with antonovka is a universal appetizer from vegetables and apples, which is excellent for second courses. You can prepare it by the simple recipes that we have chosen for this article.

Adjika with apples Antonovka

A delicious additive to meat, fish and pasta is prepared from the available ingredients. You will need:

  • Tomatoes - 2.5 kilograms.
  • Carrots - 2 kg.

  • Half a glass of sugar.
  • 100 grams of salt.
  • Vinegar 9% - 200 ml.
  • A glass of vegetable oil.

How to prepare adzhika with Antonovka? The recipe is read below:

  1. Clean and wash the carrots.
  2. Cut hot pepper tails. Use gloves to avoid damaging your hands.
  3. Empty the garlic from the husk.
  4. Remove the sweet pepper from the seeds and remove the stems.
  5. Wash the tomatoes, pour them with boiling water for a couple of minutes, and then peel.
  6. All the prepared products, grind with a meat grinder and transfer to a saucepan.

  • 200 ml of vinegar.

Adzhika with Antonovka for the winter is prepared as follows:

  1. Process all prepared foods and grind them with a meat grinder.
  2. Transfer them to a suitable pan, add sugar, salt and sunflower oil. Cook adjika for an hour and a half.
  3. Put the finely chopped garlic and vinegar to the vegetables and fruits. Cook all together for another quarter of an hour.

Apple Adjika

  • Garlic - 70 gr.

  • Sugar - 30 gr.
