Forcemeat fry in vegetable oil, then add chopped onion, garlic and tomato sauce, salt, season, stir, and simmer until cooked. Filling stuffing is ready. Of course, you can use any other stuffing that you can find in your fridge, it's a good idea to get pizza from chicken ground. This time we use chicken minced meat, as it is more combined with mushrooms, the taste of this pizza turns tender and fragrant. The dough will be prepared according to the recipe of the first pizza. For the filling we need: 150 grams of chicken fillet, two tomatoes, 150 grams of champignons (if you do not have any mushrooms, canned), 150 grams of cheese (I use mozzarella cheese, it melts well and does not stretch like rubber after hardening) Parsley, salt and spices for pizza.

Chicken breast fry until a ruddy crust, you need to do it on high heat, so that the juice did not have time to flow out. Then cut into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Tomatoes peeled, pre-scalded. Then also cut into cubes. Cheese can be grated, or you can simply cut as you want. Mushrooms cut so that the shape of the mushroom is preserved , so the pizza looks more appetizing. Personally, I mush fried a little in oil and salt, as it seems to me that in half an hour the mushrooms will not be baked and remain moist. But this is everyone's business. If the mushrooms are pickled, I do not fry them.
