For their preparation, you need about three hundred grams of pork and the same amount of beef, 2 meters of pork intestines, one egg, one large onion, one hundred grams of white bread, a teaspoon of cumin, 100 ml of milk, fifty grams of fat, a tablespoon of sour cream. In addition: parsley, black ground pepper, nutmeg, salt. And a couple more hours of time. German cuisine is known for dishes, the preparation of which is a long process.

Soak the bread in the milk. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil. From meat it is necessary to prepare forcemeat. Pound the cumin in a mortar. Garlic, parsley, basil chop. Combine all of the above and mix well. Do not forget to salt and pepper.

Finished minced stuffing pre-rinsed intestines. This process will be facilitated by a simple plastic tube. Fill 15-20 cm of gut, tie it with a silk thread. And so continue.

Within 15 minutes, boil raw sausages in the water. Then they need to be fried on a grate or in a frying pan in oil. But you can use the grill in the microwave.
