For cooking, you will need:

Olive oil - 260 ml;

Tomato paste (you can use tomato sauce) - 1 pot;

Oregano, salt, sugar;

Greenery.

First you need to cut garlic halves and fry in oil until the color is yellow. Then lay out the greens, oregano, tomato sauce or pasta, add sugar, salt. Brew everything on a small fire until it goes brown. Then take out pieces of garlic and put into special forms for storage. In this form, you can freeze the sauce, and it will be stored for a long time in the freezer.

Pizza sauce with seafood

This recipe is simple enough, the sauce is prepared quickly. If you cook pizza with seafood, then it will be the most suitable.

Ingredients for cooking:

Sugar;

Eggs - 2-3 pieces;

Salt;

Milk - 60 ml;

Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons of spoon.

Eggs should be beaten, adding sugar and salt. Then continue whipping, while gradually adding milk. Then pour in the vegetable oil and carefully stir the sauce. Done!

Pizza sauce "Tunnel"

This recipe perfectly suits both as a lubricant for the base of the pizza, and for the already cooked. Composition:

Flour - 2-3 spoons;

Tomato paste - 140 g;

Cream - 40 ml;

Sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons.

Composition:

Tomato sauce - 650 g;

Champignons (or white mushrooms) - 250 g;

Bow - a pair of heads;

Meat broth - 60 ml;

Citric acid is at the tip of the knife;

Butter;

Garlic - 1 slice.

Mushrooms and onions should be cut finely and salted on butter. Then add the tomato sauce and cook for 17 minutes. Then season the sauce with butter, citric acid, finely chopped garlic. Mix thoroughly. The sauce is ready!

White Pizza Sauce

Flour - 2-3 spoons;

Butter - 60 g;

Meat broth - 450 ml.

Initially, warm up the frying pan and pour into it a portion of the meat broth with the addition of butter. Then gradually pour the flour, while constantly stirring, so that there is no lumps. Then add the remaining broth. Sauce should be cooked for 45 minutes on a small fire, while stirring often. The foam that will appear during cooking should be removed. Ready sauce should be filtered.

Mustard sauce for pizza

Ingredients for cooking:

Flour - 2 tablespoons;

Margarine - 2 tablespoons;

Mustard - 1-2 tablespoons;

Broth (any) - half a liter;

Eggs - 1 piece;

Sour cream - 1 spoon;

Lemon juice - 1 spoon;

Sugar, salt;

Greenery.

First you should separate the yolk and mix it with sour cream. Then melt the margarine in a frying pan, pour in flour to it and mix everything. Now slowly pour the broth, sprinkle with sugar, salt, add lemon juice, mustard and sour cream with yolk. All mix well, allow to boil and remove from heat, adding chopped greens. Done!
