One milliliter of medicament contains two and a half milligrams of phenylephrine and two hundred and fifty micrograms of dimethindene maleate. Auxiliary components are represented by benzalkonium chloride (acts as a preservative), citric acid monohydrate, anhydrous disodium phosphate, sorbitol, detergent lavender extract, methylhydroxypropylcellulose and purified water.

Droplets in the nose are a clear solution from colorless to light yellow in color, having a weak characteristic odor.
