Patisson in the oven is not only very delicious, but also surprisingly beautiful. This dish is ideal for serving any festive table as a hearty hot lunch. It should be specially noted that it is possible to prepare this vegetable in various ways, but we decided to consider only the simplest and fastest method, which does not require the use of expensive and overseas products.

Necessary ingredients for a vegetable dish :

  • Ripe red tomatoes - 3-4 pcs .;
  • Small squash - 4-5 pcs .;
  • Bulbs large - 2 pcs .;
  • Chilled fillet of chicken - 300 g;
  • Mayonnaise of low fat content - 80 g;
  • Russian hard cheese - 140 g;
  • Sunflower oil, odorless - 65 ml;
  • Salt iodized not large - at personal discretion;
  • Fresh greens (leeks, dill), as well as spices and any seasonings - to taste.
