JSC "Michurinsky Plant" Progress "» - a specialized enterprise for the production of sophisticated apparatus for missile and aircraft control systems. In recent years, new products have been mastered: juicers, coffee grinders, electric motors, compressors, instruments for the oil and gas sector and industry.

Historical reference

In 1957 in Michurinsk, the Tambov region, the production of instruments for the control systems of aircraft was established. Although the start-up of the enterprise took place on May 18, 1957, it took another 10 years to commission additional capacities. By 1967, the main and auxiliary sites were launched, housing and social and cultural facilities for workers were built.

The first products of the Michurinsky plant "Progress" are hydraulic motors, transformers, accelerometers, sensors, power supplies. They are widely used in all types of aircraft: from passenger liners, heavyweights "Il" to missiles and small UAVs.

In the 70-90s, MZP is mastering the production of technically more complex products: three-stage gyroscopes, vibration measuring equipment, gyrostabilizers of the "GS" series, selsyns, gyroplatforms, electronic units, ABSU, handwheel force sensors.

Time for a change

Since the mid-90s, orders for airframes have fallen sharply. The administration of the plant in Michurinsk Tambov region was forced to cut 2/3 of the staff. To save production, a strategic decision was taken to redirect a part of the facilities to produce industrial products and household electrical appliances.

In addition to the manufacture of aviation automation components, the enterprise moved to the production of compressors, juicers, mixers, coffee grinders, pneumatic drives for public transport, low-power electric motors, oil and gas equipment. Today, MZP has overcome the difficulties of the transition period and is a stable operating company with a developed sales market. The revival of the aircraft industry, the increase in the production of aircraft, contributed to the increase in orders for aircraft components. Oil and gas equipment

One of the activities of the enterprise is the production of products for the oil and gas complex. These are hand pumps, ball valves, lubricators, control units to the main ball valves. These products are in demand by the enterprises of Gazprom and Nefteprom as for the replacement of obsolete and worn out equipment units, and for use in newly constructed main gas pipelines. Michurinsky Plant "Progress" produces:

• Hydraulic pumps for switching valves of the "Du" series in manual mode in the systems of main gas pipelines.
• Superchargers for high-viscosity materials (manual) НВМр-500. Padding devices that allow high viscosity lubrication to be pumped into the ball valves of the ball structure.
• Control blocks for cranes of the series "BUK-1". Allow to close / open taps DN 150-1400 models manually or remotely.
• Filters-dehumidifiers. Designed for cleaning and drying of gas automation devices at compressor stations and main gas pipelines with a diameter of 50 to 1400 mm and working pressure of 4 and 12 MPa.

Michurinsky Plant "Progress" produces:

• Cosine-sinus transformers, selsyn units of indication and transmission of remote information;
• Gyro electric motors of 3-phase synchronous, asynchronous type;
• Gyrouzlov 3-phase;
• Sensors for fixing overloads, potentiometric mechanisms, accelerometers, mode registration complexes, and flight control systems;
• Torque detectors;
• Accelerometers, sensors to them in navigation inertial systems;
• Coordinators, 2- and 3-axis gyrostabilizers;
• Gyroscopes to gyrostabilizers;
• Electronic blocks of autopilots to automatic control systems.

Servo for NPP

The product is intended to regulate the operation of the nuclear reactor, namely, it ensures the movement of absorbing graphite rods in the core.

The servo drive was developed by the Michurinsky plant "Progress", taking into account:

• Requirements of normative and technical documentation on nuclear safety;
• The possibility of installation on regular CPS control channels;
• Functioning in a regular management system without changing the latter;
• The maximum possible use of the standard technology of transport and technological operations available at nuclear power plants.

Appliances

Experience in the manufacture of complex electrical equipment, accumulated for decades, allowed the Michurinsky plant "Progress" to release a number of household electric appliances of its own design. Perhaps the design of products is far from the products of famous brands, but the technical filling is reliable and good performance.

Electric drillers of shock action ECMU series "IP", in addition to coffee, can grind a wide range of products: from spices and nuts to cereals and even dried peas, characterized by high hardness. Thanks to the installation of a high-speed motor, engineers were able to achieve finer grinding. Naturally, the device is certified for compliance with safety requirements, electromagnetic compatibility and sanitary and hygienic requirements.

Electro-juicers of the series "SVPP" stand out among competitors with increased productivity at low cost. They are used for squeezing juices from vegetables and fresh fruits. The product complies with the standards ROSS RU.AYA3.3.V06047 and the hygienic certificate 068ТЦ03-346Т-00316-08.
