Motivation of staff in the organization

A good leader should know perfectly well how to work on staff so that everyone correctly performs the work assigned to him. Is it easy to do this? No, it's not easy. The bottom line is that all people are different, which means that it is not enough for an able leader to find one way to influence his subordinates. Of course, these methods must be numerous.

Overall success largely depends on how each individual works. In business, everything must be clearly settled. A team that does not work at its maximum will not allow the company to develop and reach the desired level. Modern theories of staff motivation are numerous. Which one to use, the head itself should decide. In general, it is worth noting that the motivation system is similar in many respects.

Let's talk about what is generally understood today under motivation. If we remove all the complex formulations, then we can say that it is nothing more than an attitude toward a positive result, that all efforts will necessarily pay off.

Unfortunately, many people take on their usual work without much enthusiasm. What does this lead to? Yes to the fact that the result of their work will not be magnificent, but satisfactory or acceptable. Why is the staff motivation in the organization often low? The reasons are different:

- people are dissatisfied with their wages;

- employees do not see the results of their work or consider them insignificant;

- there are no prospects for career growth;

- poor working conditions, and so on.

The reasons for this include the fact that this team is run by an incompetent person who is unable to make people work as they should.

Motivation of personnel in the organization can be carried out in different ways. It is worth noting that some of them are all known and simple, but there are those that are inherently very complex. Of course, the latter can correctly use only the most real experts in their field.

Most often, the motivation is divided into non-financial and financial. It is easy to believe that it is worthy reward that makes us work hard. Not stagnant. Money is something that rules the modern world. For the sake of them the most part goes to work, for the sake of money people do what they do not want at all.

Motivation of personnel in the organization can be carried out by charging high wages. This method is not particularly good, as a person gets used to it and still becomes passive. In fact, the financial motivation of the organization's staff will be more effective if good employees are encouraged not by high wages, but by excellent bonuses. Of course, the condition for receiving such payments will be excellent work, initiative, excess of the plan, and so on.

Good leaders competently make surcharges to the salaries of their employees. All of them should be timely. The danger of losing a bonus is also a certain motivator, which can be very effective.

It is not necessary to give bonuses for the performance of daily work, since people in this case do not do anything unusual. It is also important that everyone knows about the prize. Yes, it means that public service is welcomed.

There is also non-material motivation of the organization's personnel. To it it is possible to carry a delivery of every possible letters, awards, carrying out corporate and so on. Often managers allow particularly distinguished employees to leave home early, take an extra day off, choose a vacation time and so on. Some organizations arrange recreation rooms, provide their employees with free meals. In other words, everything is done to make a man love his work.
