Moral and spiritual upbringing of schoolchildren is the main thing in the formation of personality.

Living conditions today contribute to the fact that most parents have a significant part of their time at work. As a result, the moral and spiritual upbringing of schoolchildren in the family fades into the background. It is a pity that in schools he was given little attention.

Teachers and parents should strive not only to give the children theoretical knowledge, but also to develop in them kindness, humanity, love of nature and respect for others. The moral and spiritual upbringing of schoolchildren should come first. But more often the network pops up videos, the main characters of which are children and their cruel treatment with peers or animals. It is hard to believe that they are born in this way. Violent children become later, and all responsibility for the moral and spiritual upbringing of schoolchildren should lie on the shoulders of adults, many of whom are currently neglecting their duty.

It is worth noting that in many schools a specially developed program of spiritual and moral education of schoolchildren is used in these institutions. But, unfortunately, in most cases this is only large lyceums and educational institutions for wealthy families. In such cases, parents shift their responsibilities to teachers, forgetting that they should also contribute to this process.

The implementation of such programs within the walls of ordinary schools leads to additional costs: the allocation of school hours, the payment of teacher's work, etc. This is not always possible, for example, in rural schools, whose budget is very limited.

The moral and spiritual development of schoolchildren sets the following goals and objectives:

- the formation in the child of the ability and need for moral development;

- Strengthening morality and morality ;

- patriotic education (junior schoolchildren and senior schoolchildren);

- education of tolerance and respect for others.

In the conditions of constant development of the country's economy, the education of patriotism and pride for the Fatherland plays an important role. Against this backdrop, the moral and spiritual upbringing of schoolchildren often goes to the background. This situation arose as a result of the fact that the state is primarily interested in educating a generation aware of the political life of the country.

Much attention is paid to the education of a citizen who loves his country and is a patriot. Therefore, the program of patriotic education pursues the goal of developing youth civicism as the most important spiritual and moral value.

Moral and patriotic development should be the first place in the education of a schoolboy. This is due to the fact that society needs a new type of personality, which inextricably connects its fate with the future of the Fatherland. This is the goal of teachers and parents: to embrace patriotism and citizenship in a child. Do not forget that children are our future.
