- Vegetable oil - two tablespoons (table).
- Black pepper (ground) - one spoon (tea).
Preparation of marinade
Rub onion on a medium grater. Stir all the above spices in vegetable oil and leave for about an hour. Then add the onion, a spoonful of sugar and white wine to the oil . Cut the beef into neat pieces and marinate in the prepared mixture for six to eight hours. After pickling this mixture you can safely water your cooking shish kebab.
Recipe 5: marinade with dry white wine and vinegar
Mix the wine vinegar (white) with white wine. Add half a cup of water (boiled), salt and a spoonful of sugar, a little olive oil. Heat the mixture without boiling.
