Delicious mannik on kefir (with raisins) can be prepared in two ways - traditional (in the oven) and more modern (in the multivark). The article presents recipes with lists of ingredients and a detailed description of the baking process. Culinary success!

Mannick with raisins: recipe with apples

Required products:

  • A 100-gram serving of butter;
  • Raisins - one handful is enough;
  • Two sour-sweet apples (medium-sized, it is desirable to choose varieties "semerenko" or "golden");
  • Take a glass of flour, mango and kefir (3.2% fat content);
  • Baking powder - no more than 1 tsp;
  • White sugar - ¾ cup;
  • two eggs;
  • To ¼ tsp. Vanillin and 1/3 tsp. Salt.

Practical part

  1. Where do we start? We lay out on the table all the components, from which, in the end, we'll get a mannik with raisins on kefir.
  2. Take the glass bowl. We pour a manga into it. Fill with kefir. Stirring. The resulting mass is left alone for 1 hour. During this period of time the groats will get soaked.
  3. In a separate bowl, break the eggs. There also pour white sugar in the right amount. Beat the ingredients by applying a mixer or whisk.
  4. We put the oil in a small plate, then put it in the microwave. There it will melt in less than a minute.
  5. Whipped eggs with sugar add to the bowl, which is a sodden manga. Immediately pour out the oil. We mix it well.
  6. Sifted flour is first mixed with baking powder, vanillin and salt. Then we send it to the dough. Be sure to mix the ingredients. The density of the dough should be the same as in the fritters.
  7. Two apples are washed with tap water. Fruits cut into quarters. Remove the seeds. But you can leave the skin. Now, each quarter is cut into small pieces.
  8. We will deal with the processing of raisins. We sort through it, remove rubbish and tails. Rinse under running water. We transfer on a paper towel, that the superfluous liquid of glass.
  9. Pieces of apples and raisins are placed in a bowl to the rest of the ingredients. If desired, you can add a little bit of cinnamon, liquid honey (not more than 2 tablespoons) or grated zest of ½ of a lemon.
  10. The dough for the future mannik was successfully prepared by us. Now we take out the baking mold. It can be any - even round, at least rectangular.
  11. Carefully spread the dough into a mold. Align the layer with a silicone spatula.
  12. Form together with the contents is placed in a heated oven (180 ° C). How long will the manicure with raisins be baked? The recipe indicates that 45-55 minutes will be enough. Readiness is determined with the help of a loupe: if it is clean, then it is possible to turn off the fire. List of ingredients:

  • White sugar - 6 tbsp. L .;
  • 250 g of kefir (recommended fat content - 3,2%);
  • 1.5 tsp. Soda (can be replaced with 1 tsp baking powder);
  • Vanillin and raisins - to taste;
  • three eggs;
  • Manga - enough 200 g;
  • 2 tbsp. Spoons of sour cream (fat content from 15 to 20%).

detailed instructions

Step 1. In the cup, break all the eggs. We fall asleep with sugar. We start the whipping process, using the usual whisk.

Step 2. Kefir pour into a cup of egg-sugar mixture. Add sour cream in the right amount, vanillin and soda (or baking powder).

Step # 3. It remains to add to the cup one of the main ingredients - manga. Gently pour it on. Do not forget to mix.
