How to properly perform namaz

Since prayer is the pillar of religion, every Muslim is obligated to do it right. Before considering how to properly perform namaz, you need to properly prepare for it. To do this, you need to be straight, and your eyes should be fixed on the place of prostration. It is not recommended to tilt the neck, so that the chin touches the chest, and tilt the chest, you need to stand strictly straight. The feet should be directed to the bow, any deviation to the side is contrary to beliefs, and the distance between them should not exceed the size of four fingers.

Considering how to properly perform namaz collectively, it should be noted that all participants must stand in a straight line. To do this, often all present place the ends of the heels on the line at the end of the prayer rug (usually it divides its two parts). Hands should touch the hands of a number of standing people, while it is forbidden to cover the clothing with ankles and hands.

So, let's consider in detail how to properly perform prayer.

First of all, you need to raise your hands to your ears, so that the ends of your thumbs touch their lobes, and the remaining fingers stand even, and say "Allah Akbar." Then the right little finger and the thumb grasp the left wrist, and the other fingers are positioned so that they have a direction to the left elbow.

Then you say Du'a San, Al-Fatih and some more sur. At the same time, you should stand stillly, calmly and silently, not allowed to carry the weight of the body from foot to foot and yawn. The view should be focused only on the place of prostration, you can not look around.

While bowing, you need to have your back and neck at the same level, your feet are straight, and your eyes should look at them. Further, the hands are placed on their knees so that there is space between the fingers. It is necessary to be in the bow for as long as it takes to pronounce "Subhan Rabbil-Azim" three times.

Straightening, you need to follow the posture, the body should be in a straight position, the eyes while continuing to be fixed on the place of the bow.

Next, knowing how to properly perform namaz, you need to make one more bow. To do this, the knees are bent and become on the prayer mat, the chest tilts only when the knees and palms touch the floor, the tip of the nose and forehead should also touch it. Hands put in such a way that they were pressed against each other, it is not allowed to touch the elbows with the floor. In such a situation, "Subhan Rabbil-Azim" is pronounced three times. They rise from the rug without support, after that they say: "Bismillah," - and read surahs.

Next, we will consider how to properly perform a prayer for a woman.

The body of a woman must be covered with clothing, except for the face, palms and feet. Hands rise to the level of the shoulders, without taking them out of the veil. When bowing, there is no need to level the back and bend low enough. The legs should be located a short distance from each other, the knees should be practically connected.

By making a second bow, a woman can bend down immediately, without waiting for the knees to touch the floor, while the whole hand, including the elbows, should be on the floor.

It should be noted that women are not allowed to perform prayer in the collective, however, if the members of their family are masculine, this will not be considered a sin. It is only necessary that women should stand behind men.

Thus, it is not difficult to learn how to do namaz. The main thing here is to observe all the rules and regulations, then the prayer will be considered correct. And, although the prayer for women is somewhat different from the male, the essence remains the same, and every Muslim is supposed to do it right.
