So, you decided to pamper the family with home rolls. What is needed for this? Of course, a set of products according to the recipe and a bit of dexterity. In this article, we will tell you how to prepare exotic rolls with avocado and a little - about cooking classic rolls with salmon. Naturally, first of all, for these rolls you will need a good avocado.

Avocado is a fruit of a dark green color, large and oblong. If he is not mature, then his taste is unpleasant, so you need to try to choose a soft fruit and, before putting it in rolls, try - the ripe avocado should crunch.

Rolls with avocado and cucumber

Boil 100 grams of rice for sushi (it is sold in supermarkets), add 1 scoop of rice vinegar and sugar, mix well. One avocado is cleaned and cut into narrow strips. Cucumber is also cut into thin strips. On the sheet of Nori seaweed, a layer of a centimeter thick is laid out rice, then along the narrower part we put pieces of avocado and cucumber. Gently, without squeezing, roll the roll. Then cut it into 8 pieces (so as not to spoil the shape, cut it better with a wet knife). Serve, as it should, with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.

Rolls with avocado and pomegranate sauce

300 grams of salmon cut into thin strips. Two avocados cut as indicated in the previous recipe. Cook the rice and put it on the nori sheet. Strip fish and avocado strips on top of each other and wrap rolls.

3 tbsp. L pomegranate juice should be mixed with 1 tbsp. Olive oil, salt, 1 tbsp. Honey flower and pepper. All this whip and pour already cut rolls. The remaining sauce is poured into cups instead of soya, to dip into it rolls.

Rolls with avocado and herring in pita bread

This recipe, of course, is far from real rolls, but it will appeal to those who do not like rice. One kilogram of herring fillets should be removed and cut into thin strips. One avocado and 2 eggs to peel and also thinly sliced. With two tomatoes you need to peel and cut them into slices. In pita bread you need to put all the ingredients and finely chopped lettuce leaves, grease 4 tablespoons. Sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Roll must be wrapped and cut into pieces.

Rolls with avocado and cream cheese

200 g of round-grained rice should be filled with water and cooked in a steamer for 25 minutes. When it is slightly cool, you need to pour it with a mixture of a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of rice vinegar. 150 g of chilled cream cheese cut into long thin slices, 1 cucumber and cut into long strips, after removing the seeds. Half of the avocado should also be cut into thin slices. 150 g salmon (ideally fresh, but for our unaccustomed to the eastern exotic stomach better saline), too, divided into thin slices.

On 2/3 of the nori sheet lay a thin layer of rice. 2 small wasabi spoons are mixed with the same amount of water and we draw a strip in the middle of the rice. Then we put salmon, cucumber, avocado and cheese. Part of the nori, left without rice, you need to wet and roll into a roll, tightly pressing the wet part of the nori. Rolls with salmon and cucumber

3 small fresh cucumbers should be cut into small long straws, then 150 g of salmon and 200 g of ordinary cheese (for example, Russian) cut exactly the same slices. Slightly hardened loaf cut into small cubes. On the nori, spread boiled rice, put cheese, cucumber and salmon on it and roll it. Cut into pieces, attach a slice of bread to each skewer.

Rolls with salmon and paprika

Boil rice for sushi, pour it with 2 spoons of vinegar seasoning and with wet hands spread it over the nori sheet. Nori edge (2 cm) leave blank. Put on the rice a few drops of wasabi, and then stuffing: caviar of flying fish, salmon, cucumber without peel and sweet pepper. Everything should be cut with small straws.
