How to make tasty and juicy cutlets from minced meat and zucchini

Cutlets from minced meat and zucchini, cooked in a frying pan, are ideal for crushed potatoes, pasta or spaghetti. From such a hearty and delicious lunch, no member of your family will ever refuse. It takes about 2 hours to cook this dish.

Cooking cutlets from minced meat and zucchini: what you need

Prepare the necessary ingredients:

  • Beef lean - 200 g;
  • Pork lean - 200 g;
  • Bulbs on the middle - 3 pcs .;
  • Courgettes young small - 2 pcs .;
  • Chicken egg, large - 1 pc .;
  • Leeks and other fresh herbs - 1 bunch;
  • Paprika, salt and black pepper - add to minced meat at personal discretion;
  • Paste tomato thick - 2-3 large spoons (optional);
  • Biscuit breadcrumbs - 200 g (for crumbling cutlets);
  • Refined sunflower oil - 180 ml (for frying cutlets).

As a side dish, we take pasta, spaghetti or potatoes.

Cutlets from minced meat and zucchini can be made from any kind of meat. In this recipe, we decided to use 2 types: low-fat beef and pork. They must be washed well, cleaned of films and other unnecessary elements, and then chopped in a meat grinder along with 3 medium heads of onions. Stuffing should be well mixed and immediately begin to prepare other ingredients.

Vegetable processing

Pizza cutlets with minced meat are best done with the use of young zucchini with a soft peel. They should be washed, cleaned of the peduncles, and then completely rubbed on a large grater. After that, the raw vegetable should be added to the meat, onions and carefully mix everything. To cut the minced meatballs and zucchini with more flavorful and tasty, you also need to add chopped leeks and other greens, salt, one beaten egg, paprika, black pepper and thick tomato paste (for color) to the bulk. Next, the mixture needs to be thoroughly mixed with hands and proceed to the molding of the semi-finished products.

Forming a dish

Cutlets from zucchini and minced meat are molded in exactly the same way as a similar dish of pure meat. For this, you need to take 2 large spoons of cooked mass, roll a ball out of them, and then flatten them to a thickness of 2 centimeters. When all ready-to-cook products are ready, they must be rolled around in breadcrumbs from all sides.

Heat treatment

To fry such a dish is required in a frying pan with enough sunflower oil. Before you spread the cutlets on the surface, it is desirable to heat it a little. At a time in a frying pan you can cook up to 5 half-finished products (depending on their size). It is also worth noting that during the heat treatment such a product may slightly decrease in size, especially if fatty meat was used for its formation. After all the cutlets are fried (on both sides), they must be placed in deep dishes and presented to the guests in a hot way.

How to serve to the table correctly

Together with juicy and tasty cutlets to the table it is required to serve any garnish, as well as tomato sauce and wheat bread.
