Half a kilogram of potatoes must be boiled right in the peel and, after cleansing, rub through a sieve. 300 g of ground beef must be boiled or fried. You can also take an equal in weight piece of meat and chop it in a blender. Then forcemeat combine with the mashed potatoes, add a handful of washed raisins and crushed kernels of ten walnuts. Wait two hours. And, before making dumplings for soup from this mixture, you need to add a raw egg to it. Form round balls and dip into the broth for twenty minutes until ready.
Pumpkin Dumplings
You will need one small Muscat pumpkin. Since dumplings from flour for soup have a high calorie content, this vegetable variant is suitable for dietary nutrition. Pumpkin cut into slices, bake. Grind in a blender. Add to the pumpkin puree half a glass of rice flour and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough, divide into pieces, roll out. Cut each piece into pieces, not thicker than a centimeter.
