How to cook dumplings for potato soup

Broth should be prepared in advance. Dumplings are usually dipped in a practically ready soup. For them to cook until ready, they need very little time. You can, of course, cook them separately in water and lay out before serving on the plates. In this case, the dumplings will keep their shape better, and they will not have time to make the soup cloudy. Take 5 medium potatoes, a little black pepper, sunflower oil and onions. These ingredients are needed for the filling. Half a bunch of spinach and a glass of flour you will need to prepare dumplings green. And one carrot and the same amount of flour - for the orange. Boiled and ground potatoes salt and pepper. If desired, add fried onions to it. Prepare two kinds of dough - with the addition of carrots and spinach. The latter must be boiled in a small amount of salted water, pour into the cooled broth flour. Carrots rub, pour half a glass of hot water and add flour. Well to vymeshat, cool. Pumpkin Dumplings

You will need one small Muscat pumpkin. Since dumplings from flour for soup have a high calorie content, this vegetable variant is suitable for dietary nutrition. Pumpkin cut into slices, bake. Grind in a blender. Add to the pumpkin puree half a glass of rice flour and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough, divide into pieces, roll out. Cut each piece into pieces, not thicker than a centimeter.
