The basis of the amazing Italian food, which is not equal to any other cuisine in the world, is a flat cake. To create it, you can use any - yeast free, fresh or fresh on soda, curd-butter or puff pastry for pizza. To make it softer and more elastic, olive oil is added to the ingredients, and on how high its quality, the fluffiness and extraordinary flavoring qualities of the ready dish depends. Some inexperienced cooks, who do not strive for exact adherence to recipes and who believe that they know exactly how to make the pizza dough gentle, add milk to the list of products, but this is not entirely correct - the classic Italian dough ideally rises even on the water, then turning into a thin cake , But nourishing.

Each piece is then covered again with a damp cloth and is set aside for another quarter of an hour - after this time, you can proceed to the immediate preparation of the delicious Italian pizza.

For him, you need to take a carefully measured portion of flour (300 grams), vegetable oil (15 grams), dry yeast (15 grams) and a little honey. In order for a good cake to come out, the yeast should be dissolved in warm water with honey, then carefully mix the flour and vegetable oil. If desired, you can add a little squeezed garlic or chopped onion to the list of ingredients. All products must be mixed until the mass becomes uniform and plastic, and then it can be rolled into thin cakes and sent to a pan.
