How to make a liqueur, moonshine and cherry wine

Wine from a sweet cherry can be made from any sort of this berry (white, pink, yellow or black). This drink has a special flavor, but due to the small acid content (about 0.4-0.45%) and the absence of tannins in the fresh product, it almost always turns out to be fresh and unstable. In this regard, it is done only by those who appreciate the quality of the wine in question.

How to make wine from sweet cherry

Necessary ingredients:

  • Citric acid - half a dessert spoon;
  • Sweet cherry ripe of any sort - 1 kg;
  • Cooled boiled water - at a rate of 350 ml per 1 liter of wort;
  • Sugar - from 0,9 to 1,9 kg (optional).

Cherry wine is made exactly like a similar alcoholic beverage made from cherry. However, it is desirable to add a little citric acid to such a berry . Thus, 1 kg of sweet cherry should be washed, squeezed out all the bones from the berries, and then crush the pulp and squeeze it with gauze. Next to the juice you need to add sugar, chilled boiling water and citric acid. The prepared must must be poured over glass jars or bottles and left for fermentation for 27-30 days. After the brewing process stops, the wine from the sweet cherry needs to be kept for about 5 days, and then gently poured into a clean container, leaving a residue on the bottom. Filled bottles are recommended to be closed with a stopper and put in a cool room (6-8 degrees) for another 2 months.

Pouring from the cherry is obtained no less fragrant than wine. In addition, such a concentrated alcoholic beverage is prepared much faster and easier.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Granulated sugar - 500 g;
  • Black ripe sweet cherry - 1 kg;
  • Vodka 40% - 1 l;
  • Drinking water - 0,5 l.

Cooking process

Ripe sweet cherries should be cleaned, rinsed, remove pits and pour into a bottle. In a separate container it is required to mix the vodka with drinking water, and then pour the resulting liquid to fresh berries, they should be well clogged and placed for 11 days in a warm darkened place. After this, it is recommended to strain the filling through cheesecloth into another clean bottle. Also in the bottle it is necessary to add sugar and shake well. The dishes should be covered with gauze, put in a darkened warm place for exactly one week. After 7 days, the liquid must be filtered and allowed to stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Black cherry homemade

From berries should be taken out all the available bones, and pound the flesh, put in a jar, cover with a lid and put in a moderately warm place. Within 2 days the cherry must be stirred periodically. It is not recommended to throw out bones from berries, as they give almond taste to home-brew. It is desirable to separate them separately in a mortar. At the end of boiling, the flesh must be mixed with bones, and then distilled.

If you previously dried the cherry, then from it you can prepare a strong alcoholic beverage. For this, the berries must be separated from the bones by soaking them in boiling water. If you want to make moonshine more fragrant, then the cherry is better to knead in a mortar. After this, it is necessary to repeat the same process as described above.
