How to make a hedgehog out of cones. A hedgehog made of pine cones by one's own hands

Children's age is exactly that important period when one needs not only to properly educate a child and instill in him the best qualities, but also to develop his mental and creative abilities. The fact is that the baby's energy reserve at this time is just off scale, his brain easily perceives all the surrounding information and remembers it, making the child well-trained. Therefore, it is so important to give children to various mugs and sections or to make something beautiful with their own hands. Crafts, drawings, construction - all this can be done at home, which will only strengthen your relationship. So let's remember ourselves how to make a hedgehog out of cones, and teach this to your child.

First step. Materials and preparations

If you want your crafts to be preserved for as long as possible, you should choose the best materials. So, to make our hedgehog from the cone strong, choose a good clay (we need only 1 bead of beige and a small piece of black) and a strong bump. Now you can and start the skill. It will be much better if you do not just observe from the side or direct the actions of the child directly, but sit with him at the same table and slowly, at the same pace as your child, you'll sculpt the second craft "Hedgehog from the cone and plasticine." So your little son or daughter will repeat for you all the stages of making crafts and learn more quickly. So, first, we'll make all the blanks and arrange them in one tray. Our hedgehog from cones will have a head, 4 paws, 2 ears, eyes and a nose. To do this, we need 1 large bead (diameter depends on the size of the cone), 4 medium ones (they will need to be slightly extended to a cylindrical shape) and 2 small balls, respectively, and from the black one - about 0.5-1 cm in diameter and 2 in diameter Tiny. And that our hedgehog from the cone turned out even nicer, we'll take also a blush, a thin brush and a drinking straw.

Second phase. Creating the main parts

So, first on the sharp end of the cone, which it used to attach to the branch, to make the head we stick the first bead of beige plasticine. Then we gently begin to smear it towards the base so that it will take the form of a pyramid. Doing it is not worth it, because it's much nicer to make a hedgehog out of a cone if its muzzle is short. Now take the cylindrical workpiece for the legs and attach them to the lower part of the base parallel to each other. And at their ends with a knife for plasticine you need to make 2 notches, as if dividing your fingers. You can make the front legs slightly smaller than the rear, so that our hedgehog from pine cones was more stable. Now attach the 2 smallest beige balls to the head and make small impressions on their front side. To do this, you can use the back of the brush for drawing. Also on the muzzle fasten the spout, slightly smearing it, and eyes. By the way, they can be made from small beads or black beads. The main part of the work is finished! We proceed to the decor and coloring.

The final stage

At one end of the drinking tube we cut out the wedge and, placing it under the nose of our hedgehog, lightly press, so that in the end we have the shape of a smiling mouth. Now take the brush, grab her blush and apply a thin layer on the ears and cheeks of the toy. Surplus should be carefully blown off. So, we pass to the final stage - fixing the result. To do this, we leave our hedgehog in the fridge for the night, there the clay hardens and will not so easily melt in the hands. Of course, you will not be able to play with him anyway, but your child will be able to put it on the shelf, show your friends or a teacher, for which he will clearly receive a deserved five!

Additions

If desired, you can also make various fruits and mushrooms from plasticine and attach them to the back of the hedgehog. Or you can create a whole plasticine glade. To do this, take an arbitrary shape of a piece of green cardboard and stick to it our hedgehog. Now from the plasticine of the same color we make grass, stems and leaves of flowers, and from the blue - a small trickle. At the other end of the clearing we make a certain elevation, in which it is possible to fix mushrooms from acorns and a tree from several small twigs of oak with leaves. Here in such a landscape our hedgehog of cones perfectly fitted! A master class on creating this craft can also be carried out with neighbor children, your child's friends. And the next time leave them as a company for the self-made hedgehogs, this will help to consolidate the acquired skill.

Other articles from cones and plasticine

Cones - this is almost universal basis for many crafts in the form of little animals and fictional little men. So, for example, in addition to a hedgehog, you can make a charming owl or high-speed skier from it. For the first craft, we need only glue to the bump eye, paws, wings and beak from colored plasticine or from small pieces of felt.

And if you attach a small piece of thin satin ribbon to it, you will get a wonderful Christmas tree toy. Or there is another option: to glue such an owl with paws to a small fragment of a branch or even to seat it on an existing tree in a pot. So you can easily decorate your home garden.

Skier

And to make a funny skier out of a bump, you need a ball of white plasticine, a piece of fabric to make a scarf and a cap, ready eyes for toys (sold in the sewing accessories department), a piece of wire, two toothpicks, two sticks of ice cream-esque and sparkles. To begin, we place the ball on the top of the branched end of the cone and attach the eyes and the cap to it. You can also mold his mouth out of red plasticine or draw it with a brush. Then tie it with a scarf, drawing the ends a little back, so that the illusion of a trip along the mountain slope was created. We make hands from the wire and solemnly give him ski poles from toothpicks, and on the underside of the cone glue sticks from ice cream, these will be our skis. Sprinkle with sequins, and it's ready!
