Let the picture look imperfect (and this happens in 99 cases out of 100), the lines are intermittent, the image resembles a caricature - do not get upset, because at a young age, and in the elementary grades, the child still does not have enough fine motor skills of fingers and hands. And accordingly, and it is natural that the children's drawing almost always turns out not quite realistic. The main principle is not to interfere with the baby, but on the contrary, to try to help him, to show how to draw a grandmother and grandfather with simple lines using a pencil. What you need to draw

If a child is 5-6 years old, do not delve into the subtleties of drawing with pencils (unless, of course, your child visits an art studio where the basics of artistic creativity have already been received). For an evening spent creatively, you and your baby will need pencils (preferably, choose softer to make it more convenient to draw), an eraser, a sheet or several drawing thick paper, you can take gouache paints and brushes to invite your child to paint your joint work.

How to draw a grandfather and grandmother in stages

1. Do not complicate the picture and its composition (especially if the child is small). Grandmother and grandfather placed in the middle of the sheet, in a sitting or standing. By the way, you can offer to draw only faces - so it will be even easier.
2. On the pure face we draw two ovals - the future heads. We work together with the baby.
3. We join from below two ovals more. This is the torso.
4. We add hands and feet.
5. In the ovals of people we draw eyes, nose, mouth. We add characteristic features. For example, a grandfather - a mustache, a grandmother - a handkerchief.
6. Then more carefully draw together with the child's trunk, arms, legs. Excess lines are wiped with an eraser.
7. When the sketch is ready, ask the baby to color it with gouache.
