For all building standards, the ground floor is recommended to be made monolithic, pouring the formwork with reinforcing cage with a concrete mix. Or to collect it from pillows and blocks FBS. Usually the plinth panels have dimensions of 1 × 0.5 m, so the installation of this cladding takes a little time. They have grooves. When assembling, the next one is connected with the previous one. This is another saving article: mounting the socle panels is so simple that you can really do all your own operations. The space between the lining and the wall can be filled with a heater or leave an air gap for the ventilation of the facade. After installation, the siding is closed from the top with tides. Rectangular holes for ventilation grids are cut in the lining.

The basement panels are used not only for finishing the ground floor, but for the whole facade of the building. At the same time, parts that mimic a brickwork or a natural stone are used. Due to their small weight and reliability of fastening (with the help of mounting profiles and screws), the durability and stability of this facade are guaranteed. In contrast, for example, from the finishing of a natural stone. Plateak with time under pressure of its own weight falls off the wall, have to be repaired. Finishing the facade with panels is a work done on the principle of "made and forgotten".
