To prepare this delicious dish you need to take: 600 grams of pork tenderloin, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 cups of rice (glasses to take from the multivark), a couple of bulbs, 2 large carrots, spices for pilaf, a teaspoon of berries barberry (if they are not included in the spice set ) And 2 tbsp. Spoons of tomato paste. Meat is cut into cubes 2-3 cm in size. Peeled onions are cut into half rings, and washed and peeled carrots - thin straws.
