Necessary foods for a hearty dish:

  • Beef low-fat - 200 grams;

To do this, the ground meat should be put in a deep saucepan and stewed in its own juice for a quarter of an hour. After the broth has evaporated a little, add the finely chopped fresh tomatoes and onions to the stuffing. Also to these components it is desirable to pour a small amount of drinking water. This will make the filling more juicy and liquid. In this composition, it is recommended to simmer the sauce on low heat for half an hour. Gradually to it it is necessary to pour in table salt, dried dill and black pepper. When the meat becomes completely soft, it needs to be removed from the fire and slightly cooled.

Forming a dish

To prepare lasagna at home and not make a foundation on your own, it must be bought ready-made. Such sheets should be boiled slightly before the dish is formed. Therefore, they should be lowered into boiling salted water and held in it for literally 3-5 minutes. After that, you need to take a baking mold, oil it and put the base layers in one layer, then cover them with 1/4 of the stuffing, cover it with grated cheese and place the purchased sheets of dough again. This procedure is recommended to be repeated 3-4 times. At the same time, it should be specially noted that the mincemeat should be located in the upper part. It must be poured with a creamy sauce, for the preparation of which it is required to mix cream, sour cream and spices. In the end, it is desirable to cover the puff dish with grated cheese.

Baking dishes in an oven

It is desirable to cook lasagna in an oven for about 60 minutes. Before you get such a dinner, it is recommended to taste it. If the layers became completely soft, then the dinner can be safely cut into portions, and then carefully removed from the mold and placed on plates.
