  • Boiled water (chilled) - two and a half liters;

To make the kvass tasty, it is recommended to make a leaven based on real rye bread. The flour product should be cut into small cubes and dried in air. Then the resulting crackers must be put in one layer on a large sheet and placed in an oven for several minutes. When the bread is slightly covered with a dark crust, it is required to get it and put it in a three-liter can, where further boiled water should be poured into the room.

Next to the future starter, you need to add three full large spoons of sugar and a handful of carefully washed raisins without pits. To all the contents of the cannabis, it needs to be put on a hot sun for 2 days. It should be noted that the container is not recommended to be closed with a lid. After that, all the prepared ground is filled with cold boiled water and thoroughly stirred until the sugar completely dissolves.

For such kvass to be infused, it must be placed in a warm place, loosely covered with a glass lid and insisted for about 24 hours. After a day, the cooling beverage should be filtered and placed in a cold store.
