From buckwheat you can cook a lot of delicious and healthy dishes. Most often it is boiled or steamed with boiling water, using as a side dish. But today we want to talk about how to cook fried buckwheat.

Buckwheat porridge with carrots and onions

This simple dish can be used as a side dish or serve it on lean days as the main one.

Ingredients:

  • Groats - 300 grams.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • One carrot.
  • One onion.

  • Preheat the oil, and then roast the croup for a few minutes. Then pour a glass of water to it.

  • One onion finely cut and fry in a frying pan until transparent.
  • Fresh mushrooms, peel, cut randomly and send to onions. Roast the food until a rusty brown, salt and remove from the plate.
  • Blend the second onion with a blender and mix with minced meat. Add salt and a mixture of peppers to them. Stir the food thoroughly.
  • Prepare minced zrazy, using for filling fried mushrooms with onions.
  • Fry the workpieces from two sides to half prepared.
  • Pound the croup in a frying pan between the bitlets and heat it for a while.
  • Pour water to the products and salt the dish. Bring the porridge to a boil, and then lower the heat.

After 20 minutes, remove the frying pan from the stove, cover it with a clean towel and let stand for about an hour. Serve the dish to the table, sprinkling it with chopped green onions.

Buckwheat with nuts and cranberries

An unusual combination of tastes allows you to create a new original dish. It can be served as a garnish on a typical day and cook for dinner in a lean.

Composition:

  • One glass of dry buckwheat.
  • Two onions.
  • Two glasses of water.
  • Salt.
  • Two spoons of pine nuts.
  • Five spoons of vegetable oil.
  • Two spoonful of lingonberry.

  • After a couple of minutes, pour a half cup of water into the frying pan and cook the porridge until ready.
  • Peel onion, cut into rings and fry until it is clear. Add the necessary spices and fry until golden.

Spread the porridge with the mushrooms on the plates, and put onions on top.

Fried buckwheat with chanterelles in Polish

This seasonal dish can be served to the table on weekdays and holidays. For him you will need such products:

  • 100 grams of buckwheat.
  • 100 grams of chanterelles.
  • One chicken egg.
  • Half the bulb.
  • 50 grams of butter.
  • 100 grams of sour cream.

Recipe:

  • Rinse the groats, pound and fry in a pan for a few minutes. Pour it with water and boil until half cooked.
  • Whisk the chicken egg with sour cream, add salt and ground pepper.
  • Pour the sour cream into the buckwheat and mix. Simmer the dish until done.
  • Peel the onions and mushrooms, cut them finely and put them on a separate frying pan. Roast the foods until golden brown.

Place the food in the plates in layers. First porridge, then mushrooms, again buckwheat and at the very end a layer of chanterelles.

Grechaniki

This Ukrainian dish turns out very satisfying and tasty. This time we will use buckwheat as a minced meat cutlet.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of chicken ground meat.
  • 200 grams of minced meat.
  • Two glasses of buckwheat.
  • Two onions.
  • Two chicken eggs.
  • Flour.
  • Salt.
  • Ground pepper.
  • Butter and vegetable oil.

Recipe:

  • Boil the rump until ready and mix it with the fried onions.
  • Cooled porridge mixed with minced meat, butter, eggs, salt and spices.
  • Form out the resulting mass of cutlets and roll them in flour.

Fry the Greek in vegetable oil until cooked. Serve the dish on a table with salad or stewed vegetables.
