Hedgehogs From Stuff with Rice. Cooking recipes

Then you should try to make up hedgehogs with minced meat and rice, they are so rich and versatile that you will certainly want to cook them for lunch and dinner. If you do not know what to cook for the second, then the recipe for hedgehogs in the oven will suit you. This dish can be cooked even in sauce (sour cream or tomato), it all depends on your preferences.

Hedgehogs stuffed with rice are good in that they quickly prepare and fit any person. It's no secret that the elderly have problems with chewing solid food, small children also will not be able to cope with a rough piece of meat on their own, but this dish is "to the teeth" in all age categories. To hedgehogs turned out delicious and useful, mincemeat is best prepared by yourself. Homemade minced meat will not be much more expensive, but the benefits from it will be many times more.

To hedgehogs with minced meat and rice turned juicy, you need to choose pork and veal in equal proportions, scroll them through a meat grinder with onions and, at the output, add a little bakery pulp soaked in warm milk. If desired, they can be cooked on any available meat: rabbit or chicken, turkey or duck. Since rice is well combined with fish and seafood, you can dazzle for a change from fatty fish or squid meat, also scrolled in a meat grinder, only without adding a roll on milk.

Hedgehogs stuffed with rice. Ingredients:

- 150 g of young pork, 150 g of veal;
- 90 grams of steamed rice;
- two medium carrots;
- a small Bulgarian ripe pepper;
- a pair of fleshy tomatoes;
- purple bulb;
- three cloves of purple garlic;
- large selective egg;
- a pair of pieces of sliced unsweetened loaf;
- parsley and dill bunch;
- 50 g of cow's milk;
- large salt and ground pepper.

Hedgehogs stuffed with rice. Preparation:

1. Place two containers of water on the fire. A large one is needed to cook koloboks, small for cooking rice. Rinse the rice and send it to the boiling water for five minutes, then drain it into a colander to make the rice dry.
2. Soak a couple of pieces of a cut loaf in warm milk. While the roll is swelling, washing and letting through the meat grinder pork and veal, you also send a purple cleaned bulb to the same place.
3. To the resulting stuffing add, squeezing well, the middle of the swollen pieces of a loaf. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, break the choice egg and mix well.
4. Mix the minced meat with rice and roll the hedgehogs (koloboks), lower them into the boiling and salted water of a large saucepan. Water should hide hedgehogs.
5. Clean and rub the carrots, scrape the pepper from the seeds and cut into small blocks (if the pepper is large, half will be needed).
6. Send to the frying pan crushed and peeled garlic, carrots, pass a couple of minutes and add the pepper, after another three minutes put the tomatoes cut into medium slices, stew under the lid.
7. When the vegetables are a little fretted, add finely chopped greens. Then pour it all into a saucepan with cooking hedgehogs.
8. Hedgehogs from minced meat with rice are cooked for a total of not more than forty minutes. You can serve not only with the broth, but also watering the top with sour cream.

The recipe for hedgehogs in the oven differs little from the previous one, the only difference is the way of cooking. They can be baked in foil, sour cream, cheese, in tomato. If you do not know how to make hedgehogs in sauce, you can add the ready-made sauce to the next recipe or make it yourself at home.

Hedgehogs with meat and rice in the oven. Ingredients:
- 120 g fresh pork and 120 g fresh beef;
- 75 grams of steamed rice;
- a couple of pieces of unsweetened loaf;
- 50 g of cow's milk;
- one large table egg;
- a pair of purple cloves of garlic;
- half a purple bulb;
- a piece of cheese weighing up to 220 g;
- flour sifted for frying;
- large salt and ground pepper according to preference.

Hedgehogs with rice and meat in the oven. Preparation:

1. Wash the meat and let it through the meat grinder. You clear the bulb and send it there.
2. Preheat the milk and spread the pieces of bread there.
3. Cook a little rice and throw it back in a colander.
4. Mix the minced meat with rice, add crushed garlic, large salt and ground pepper, squeeze the loaf and add the meddings to the stuffing.
5. Roll the average hedgehogs, lightly powder the flour, a little flattening on both sides for a better roast. Take a baking sheet with a non-stick rug or simply lubricate with oil. Spread, hedgehogs and clean in the oven for half an hour.
6. After about thirty minutes, take out the baking tray, lubricate the balls with the liberated fat and sprinkle with cheese in any way. You clean for another nine minutes, when the cheese slightly darkens - you can get it. Serve hot with sour cream or tomato sauce.

If you do not like cheese, you can put hedgehogs in a bowl, cook in the oven and after twenty minutes, pour them with sour cream, diluted with tomato paste.
