Financing of global tasks is at the expense of nationwide taxes, which do not exceed twenty percent of the total.
The state structure of Germany is interesting in the experience of separate development of lands coordinated by common programs. Each subject of the federation has its own power authority, but it develops in a common rhythm and in one direction. At the same time, they define and form the financial basis of development independently, which makes it possible to solve vital problems quite effectively.
