Wrinkles on the face. How to get rid of them

None of us is immune from aging and, sooner or later, there are the first wrinkles that cause anxiety in women. Some people have facial wrinkles at an earlier age, others have it later. The reason for this - the type of skin and lifestyle of a person.

There were the first wrinkles on the face? It is not necessary to panic, they can be completely disposed of and prevent the emergence of new ones. The main mistake of women is to start caring for their skin only when they noticed the first "rischke" on the face, and the skin lost its elasticity.

To think about the preservation of beauty and youth should be much earlier, at a younger age, then you will not soon notice any wrinkles on your face. Traditional medicine offers many tools for getting rid of wrinkles. The most common among them - face masks, which you can do at home.

The potato mask makes the skin tender, supple and smooth, and the wrinkles on the face disappear.

  • We take one potato and cook it "in uniform".
  • We clear potatoes, knead it and mix it with one tablespoon of milk (warmed).
  • The resulting mixture is kept in a water bath until it slightly thickens.
  • The resulting gruel, after it has cooled a little, is applied a thin layer on the face skin and covered with a napkin (cotton).
  • The mask is removed after fifteen minutes with the help of the same napkin moistened in warmed milk (for dry skin) or in cool water (for oily).

With wrinkles around the eyes will help to cope with the mask from the usual beans.

  • Boil the beans until it becomes soft.
  • Separately, cook potatoes "in uniform", clean and knead.
  • Mix the two ingredients (beans and potatoes) in equal parts.
  • Apply to the skin of the face and stand for fifteen minutes.
  • Rinse off with cool water.

Wrinkles on the face are of different types, from some help masks and lotions, with others you can cope with special exercises. For example, if you have wrinkles above the upper lip, you will help massage, aimed at strengthening the muscles in this area.

  • Before starting the exercises, be sure to cleanse your face of makeup and wash your hands.
  • In the sitting position, keeping your back straight, put your elbows on the table and look in front of you.
  • Press the nail plates of the thumbs to the upper lip to feel the gums.
  • Slowly counting to eight, gradually lower the skin down, pulling it back and feeling the muscles of the upper lip stiffen.
  • Fix this position for five seconds and, without changing the position of the fingers, try to relax the muscles, counting slowly to eight.
  • We return to the starting position and repeat the exercise three more times.

Another category of wrinkles - mimic wrinkles, which are the imprint of emotions we are experiencing. Fight them with several methods, both sparing and radical.

In the initial stage, when mimic wrinkles on the face just started to form, you can do face-building - a special gymnastics for the face. More serious methods are laser resurfacing and peeling, which are offered by cosmetology salons.

The very first wrinkles on the face appear in the outer corners of the eyes, such "goose paws". With them you can fight folk remedies, preparing an effective cream from facial wrinkles with your own hands.

Parsley and potatoes

Grind fresh parsley (one tablespoon) and pour 100 ml of boiling water. Let's brew for 15 minutes and filter.

We rub on a small grater raw potatoes and 1 tbsp. Spoon the resulting gruel mixed with the same amount of vegetable oil and 2 tbsp. Spoons of decoction of parsley.

Spread the gruel on two layers of gauze and apply to the eyes for 15 minutes.

After the mask is removed, do not wash. It is advisable to make this mask every evening.

Remember, wrinkles on the face - this is the first sign that your skin needs additional care, in particular, moisturizing. Be always beautiful and young!
