Rostov Region is the southern region of the Russian Federation. Minerals

Unfortunately, the geographical position of the Rostov region does not provide large reserves of minerals. The large deposits that are on this territory belong to the group of fuel and energy resources. Represented by deposits of coal, in particular, anthracite. They are located in the coal area of the Eastern Donbass, which is located in the cities of Shakhty, Zverovo, Gukovo and Novoshakhtinsk.
