Generation LCD: reviews, address, builder, deadline
Moscow is expanding both in breadth and upward, as in a fairy tale. Location
The new modern LCD "Generation" is being built in the NEAD of the capital, on the territory between two major highways - Altufevsky and Dmitrovsky. Its official address is Signal Passage, 5. On the one hand, this is a great convenience for car owners, since this very passage literally surrounds the territory of the future LC. On the other hand, it is not very convenient for tenants, especially those whose windows will go out on a very busy road, to which the nearest houses will not be more than fifteen meters. There is a little work to unload while the extremely busy Signal Passage, having arranged here a multilevel flyover, but it will not add to the residents of the complex of calmness. Just behind the road is the railway platform Otradnoye, which is also not particularly pleasant for those who give priority to comfortable living, and not proximity to the railroad junction. But the developer promises to install noise-absorbing shields, so that everything conforms to the norms. Approximately one kilometer from the future complex is the operating metro station "Vladykino", and beyond it is the Botanical Garden. Toward the "Vladykino" about 350 meters from the LCD there is a bus stop for city buses. It is located next to the "Beta Center". Ecology
The cleanliness of the area is the most important issue for investors of Generation LCD. The reviews note the concern that houses are being built where there was and still is industrial zone No. 50.
By the way, the plot for building was leased in 2006. Everything changes very quickly in our life. Not more than a century ago in Otradnoye was a holiday village, even the actress Yermolova lived there. Then this piece of Moscow was swallowed up by industrialization, a fleet of cars, warehouses, a sausage factory, military enterprises and even a garbage processing plant were built here. Now many of these facilities are closed, some - at the reorganization stage. Zhiltsov is assured that by the time the LCD is delivered all nearby industrial facilities will be demolished, and the park will be destroyed in their place. But these are just plans. Notable shortcomings:
- location near a number of highways and railroads;
- Too small underground parking (there may not be enough for everyone who wants, then the cars will stand in the yard of the house);
- a weak infrastructure in the immediate vicinity of the LCD.
