Can I live next to the elite?
For those who can not afford to buy housing, there is a lease option. Approximate monthly cost - 70-150 thousand rubles, it all depends on the repair, furnishing the apartment and its location. Be sure to inspect the accommodation you like personally, only the apartments with windows facing the Kremlin represent the value in this high-rise. The yard is small and too narrow, in addition, it is always dark there. As for the infrastructure, the Kotelnicheskaya embankment has only one problem - lack of parking spaces. Entertaining objects and shops near the Stalin skyscraper are enough.
