The fuel tank for the crossover is too small - 60 liters. Although there is one plus here - a fairly modest expense. In the urban cycle, Geely consumes slightly more than ten liters, and on the highway - only 6.5. So, in terms of economy, X7 Emgrand wins.

Suspension and gearbox

The motor works in tandem with a five-speed "mechanics". Serious drawbacks in the tests were not revealed - the speeds are switched rather gently, the car does not "shake" at the time of the change of gear. So far, there is no version with a 4-speed "automatic", but the Chinese are planning to create it.

As for running gear - the suspension of the new Geely is completely independent. The front part of the manufacturers performed on the already traditional McPherson scheme. The back did the same on the independent. So the orientation of the model is exclusively "asphalt".

There is no complete drive for the car, even as an option. The power steering is hydraulic, and the brakes on all wheels are disc. In principle, suitable for urban roads.

Ergonomics looks like a European one - all control buttons are easy to understand. And due to inserts designed for titanium, the interior looks very profitable and stylish. Also inside there are airbags, plus EBD and ABS systems. And large rear-view mirrors and glasses give an excellent overview. In general, the salon of the new Geely can be called the most successful part of the fresh model. This is confirmed even by critics.
